The accomodation has a shared area with other guests not an entire property even though we booked 5 rooms. We checked out early in the morning and someone came into our room telling us stuff and being annoying.

We forgot something at the location and the host was nice to help us get it back very quickley.

The room doesn't have any windows. It only has a main door, which can be opened both as a window and a door so it is not very bright.

The property is in the center of the city, with just minutes on foot to the Duomo. Its location makes it easier to go out in the evening and relax. It is very spacious and clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. It has a large private parking, closed by gate, and it costs 10 euros per day, but it is worth considering that you are in the center of the city and that surrounding streets are very very thight.

The neighborhood seems to be dangerous with the first impression ( mainly because of the small quite street where building located ) , but it completely safe , and people living nearby are kind and friendly

Mafalda and Chiara made our stay truly feel like home. Chiara expertly handled our booking and organized everything, while Mafalda ensured the space was always spotlessly clean and pleasantly fragrant. Their care and attention to detail were exceptional. They went above and beyond, offering invaluable advice and assisting us during several emergencies (with our car, room key, and other unexpected issues). Even when they weren’t obligated to help, they treated us not just as guests, but as friends. If you're looking for a place where you’ll feel like part of the Sicilian community rather than just a tourist, I highly recommend staying here. And despite being in the city center, the place is wonderfully quiet at night. :)

Mafalda, the staff there, was super nice and super helpful with us. The room was very clean and comfortable. Next to all amenities, city centre, fish market, bus station and a little bit further ( though not much) train station.

Room was great. The only thing to mention is that there was a smell of humidity. But it didn't impact the quality of our stay.

We liked the friendliness of the staff, the location very close to the historical city center. And the room itself with personal entrance from the street.

the kitchen was not the best equipped, but we got more accessories right away after asking for it -> very attentive

very very lovely hosts , always available in case of questions. for being very central in the city (also close to main bus area for further travels) he room is not noisy at all. parking lot option inside is very safe for rental car but also an adventure through those narrow streets ( but its a sicily thing anyway ;) the apartment was super spacious and well furnished.

As I get it, Catania community has unstable electricity and water provision. For the second day we didn't have water, for the next day both water and electricity, but this isn't something depending on the property. Just know if you depend on the wifi to work or be all the time in the apartment, you might consider booking a hotel with backup plans. Also, it would be nice to have iron and floor cleaning tools so we could clean our room.

First of all the welcoming lady was really nice, we left our luggage until the evening to pick up and that's really worth appreciating. The location is literally 3 mins to the famous fish market and to center. When we arrived everything was really clean. Also, the good thing was the apartment building had a private gate so we felt really secure.

They don't provide room cleaning services at all during 5 days of stay which is acceptable to some extent but the main problem is we don't have any floor cleaning in the room as well.

The location was perfect and the rooms were very good and comfortable. Also, the house owner and their staff is very polite and cooperative.

Air-conditioner was working loudly I could not sleep well, if you are sensitive for this kind of voice it could disturb you.

Location was very well, but you should use the way that passes through the IN restaurant. Via di bella street doesn't make me feel safe but from IN restaurant side was better. Good price for the room, hotel was safe and washing machine was useful for us. Place is near to bus station, you can easily get the bus for beach and other cities. There were cold waters in the refrigerator it was so nice.
