Bathrooms were mess because of the guests not taking care. Not well conected with public transport.

The place is great for a shorter stay while exploring Sorrento and the other towns in the Amalfi coast. Nice staff, good amenities and front desk working 24 hours.

Nice room, simple process for check in and out and in a nice spot. Althought 30min walk from Sorrento, but 10minutes or less to the train which goes straight to. Sorrento.

The bed was unconfortable. Room was very small, but ok for short stay.

The room is situated in a big building with terraces. Atmosphere is good. Nice and cheep restaurant. Nice stuff.

They don’t have a communal kitchen and the food they offer isn’t the best.

Hostel with super friendly open staff, met a lot of cool other travelers and the beds/rooms are super comfy.

The men's.bathroom was a complete mess for all the 4 days we stayed. The 12p mixed dormitory has very small, cramped beds and tiny lockers. People had to keep almost all their stuff on the floor. Lock to the door was broken. No individual lights. In general, no shared kitchen facilities at all and no fridge.

Good location, breakfast buffet ok. Some staff v friendly.

Bedbugs!! My body is all itchy and has many bites like the bedbug ones.

I say this with a heavy heart but they have a bed bug problem. At least in 2 of the 12 bed dorms, where I saw them below the mattress. It's not an easy task to get rid of such creatures, but to be honest they could try a bit harder, those rooms could use some cleaning.

The staff was kind, professional and helpful when I needed their help.

The place was unclean, overflowing toilets, cramped rooms, water on the floor no one to clean. No shower door locks. I had to leave my booking midway because of the discomfort You can't sit on the bed if you get the lower bunk

There was no toilet seat on our personal restroom. According to the staff it was removed for COVID reasons but there was still one on the public reatrooms. No hand soap on any restrooms. The images on booking.com are not up-to-date.

Common areas were not that nice, and even thoufh everyone wanted to socialize it was difficult because we got kicked out at night for being too noisy. There is no kitchen. So you have to buy food from the hostel or outside and bring it

The hostel was good for the price it has. The terrace is nice. Breakfast is ok. People from the staff were nice. Bedrooms and toileta are totally fine.

The room was dirty, really dirty! They haven’t mopped the floor of the whole room in a while considering the black spots on the floor. Bathroom was really dirty too.

When we arrived we were placed into a dorm room that looked nothing like the images on booking.com, it was instead a much smaller, creaky and rickety bed which you could barely sit up in without hitting your head and the lockers would not have been able to fit much more than a small backpack. I have put an image in of what the initial room looked like to compare to what is shown on booking.com. The staff tried very hard to move us around and worked out a way to get us into a dorm which was like the images shown (bigger, more comfortable beds and large lockers, as well as more privacy from other people due to wooden walls in between beds) which was greatly appreciated. These rooms are the same price/style apparently it is just luck as to what you get. The bathrooms have very little privacy in the showers, the doors are made of see through textured glass, and they have no toilet seats. The cleanliness was okay, the bathrooms sometimes had pieces of rubbish in the same spot for a few days at a time.

The staff on reception were very kind and helpful. The location is good - much cheaper than staying in Sorrento itself. Near to a train station to get into Sorrento easily. Is is also near to a small free beach

Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms, all facilities were good aswell. Made friends very easily, lovely roof top bar area. Close to train station, one stop from Sorrento or 30 minute walk. Close to Pompeii aswell. Lots of dining options and beaches near by.
