1. In the first day they didn't put toilet paper in bathroom, we wanted to stay just with women but the showers were for women and also men. The hallway thru the bathroom didn't have a roof and in the rainy days we couldn't go to bath. 2. The staff let downstairs a price for food and on the rooftop with an euro or two more 3. The food was bad.

They cleaned every day.

The attitude of the staff. They were very nonchalant; for instance went they told us we couldn’t go to the main area of the roof terrace where the bar was because of a private party (from people outside of the hostel) and were very dismissive/rude about our feedback/complaint. Also there were no cushens on the seats on the roof terrace. When we asked for the cushens the staff told us that they only bring them out in case of a private party. So no comfortable chilling on the roof terrace. There was no soap in our private room and in the communial bathroom.

The bedrooms were really hot. You put the air con on and it stayed on for about 15 minutes and switched itself off. The bed sheets felt like cardboard. The showers were the worse ones I've ever used; tiny, dirty and no private area to get dry. The toilets had no seats on them, there were no hand towels in the bathroom. Breakfast was average at best. It advertised a rooftop bar, but I never saw one. There wasnt even any cushions on the seats on the rooftop. The bar in the hostel was always in darkness.

The sun terrace was quiet so you got a good sun bed and the views from here were great.

Good vibes and the good thing is that every room has several toilets and showers. the only bag thing was cleanliness… The toilets were not deeply clean, such as the showers and or toilet brushes buckets were so dirty and smelly. Also my bed was full of dust on the side.. If this could be improved, its perfect!

- Poor breakfast - only croissants and 2 cereal types basically -Old establishment in general which was not the problem - The room was full with ants! Bathroom was the worst as there were really “ant highways” on the floor, they would climb on the wall, ceiling and more than a few times found a few on the bed and on us. - You were only allowed to have food/drinks that were bought at the roof bar so casually using the terrace was not an option. - Also not the typical Hostel since there is no common space as kitchen to use, also not an available fridge.

- Nice terrace on the roof - Bed in private room was quiet comfy - Airco was working fine and cooled the room quickly -staff were helpful

We arrived in a Sunday afternoon, and the bathrooms were dirty, but it got way better on Monday.

It was an amazing experience, met so many incredible people in there. The rooftop is cute and helps with the interaction.

Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Such a nice atmosphere all the time people around , good atmosphere on the rooftop bar as well. great location only 1 stop from sorrento on thé train or a 35 min walk. Such good value for a great place. easy to get to sorrento, position, amalfi etc.

The staff is the worst, especially the receptionists. They're lost in what to do, everything is just taking a long time to be done and they don't care at all about the costumers. They moved me to another room and gave me a bed with problems. The bar just accept cash. During the breakfast they were holding the food until the end of the service (e.g.they offer ham and cheese but they were putting on the table just 30 min before end the time of breakfast), also the in last day the ham was with a terrible aspect and smelling bad. The bathroom is always dirty. I really do not recommend this place.

Bathrooms are not located on the same floor as the room, not very clean, was rarely able to find toilet paper. Showers have see-through doors. Generally a loud environment (Bar in the evening, church and some kind of kindergarten in the morning)

I stayed in a room with attached bathroom. The water spilled outside and when I had asked to clean, they didn’t do so properly. The soap dispenser had no soap, however, they did refill it after a request was made. They could work on cleaning the bathroom/toilet more frequently.

It is about 10 minutes walk from the train station and the city centre from where you can get the bus to Amalfi coast. The view from the terrace restaurant and bar is breathtaking especially during sunset.
