Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Bed was very comfortable and had a good night’s sleep. Loads of choices for breakfast. Hotel restaurant was excellent and reasonable price.

the room is old, our bathroom had a strand of hair in the wall, from the previous client who stayed there. Also, there is no air conditioner and even in the night (15 degrees), the room was very hot.

One pillow per bed was provided but I would have preferred another pillow. No full length mirror. The curtains need a liner to keep out light. Otherwise all was great.

Very clean and modern hotel just off the main road in a beautiful area. The room was minimalist with no decorations or art. We found the beds were comfortable, the rain shower was great although the water runs into the bathroom leaving a wet bath mat. Breakfast was excellent with more choices than we could eat. We ate at the restaurant all three nights. Their salads are huge. There was even a Happy Hour one evening for all guests. The hotel provides a free bus ticket which is really convenient as the bus stops are very close. We took the bus into nearby Ortisei and then the cable cars. There is parking underground as well as a few spaces in front of the hotel and directly across the road. The WiFi was good but I needed to sign in again at times. The staff were very nice.

The room has no AC, which I imagine isn’t a problem the majority of the year. Stuffiness of the room was easily rectified by opening up the balcony doors. Very minor issue.

Beautiful location with great, modern facilities and welcoming staff. Parking garage downstairs and spaces outside upstairs, very accessible if renting a car. The room was basic, but perfect for a few nights and the bed was lovely and comfortable. Plenty of charging points. Bathroom was great. The star of the stay was easily the breakfast - an amazing spread and included in the price! We had a great time.

There’s a light in the balcony that only turns off at 00:30AM (there is no light switch). The curtains are see-through so it is very bright and difficult to sleep in. This can be fixed simply by adding black-out curtains - this would also give you some privacy as the see-through curtains allow the neighbouring street to see you.

employees leave after 8 pm so do not check-in late. for a smart hotel not a single usb port in the rooms for charging devices which was shocking. staff (men) could be nicer because we asked for a do not disturb sign for the door and told that they ran out of signs. the women (front desk and cleaning staff) were very nice though. we brought poke bowl back one evening after getting tired of paste and pizza and decided to sit outside the blue restaurant. We were approached by a restaurant employee that rudely told us that we could not sit outside if were not eating at the restaurant. I served in the us coast guard and experienced discrimination and incidents towards Asians; once in Positano where a ferry employee gave my younger son the middle finger after another customer waiting for a ferry became upset rightly so after waiting for an hour. I also got pulled over by the police entering the dolomites where they checked my international driving permit. I got more respect driving 400 foot cutters in the coast guard than during our trip to Italy :( Italians don't seem to appreciate visitors and the over tourism has taken a toll on their patience and it shows in their lack of customer service. They also drive very fast and try to run you off the road especially the motor cycles.

comfortable beds and good variety for breakfast. the coffee machine was very cool with hot chocolate, etc. Ortisei is a close drive and the food was very good and there is a short walk down to the river where we took pictures and enjoyed nature time as a family.

We only stayed there for one night, wish we could have stayed longer.

Breakfast was really good, free parking space in the garage where we had option to leave the car after check out. Closeness to the waterfall where we went for a walk and closeness to the starting point of our hike to Seceda peak is a big plus.

The dining room is relatively small for the amount of people, very crowded and if you don't arrive early in the morning you have to wait for a table that becomes available

Only a small shop & a kebab shop nearby but the local buses are very frequent and it’s just a short ride into Ortisei.

Spotlessly clean rooms, very comfortable bed, pillows and duvet. Breakfast buffet was brilliant - the staff didn’t stop restocking & ensuring everything was clean. Free bus pass was a really great extra that we used a lot.

Room that was fine for 2 last year was a crowded for 3. THE additional bed was shorter and narrower than normal twin. Shower floor was very slick with no grab bar.

One of the best breakfasts we've had at an exceptionally clean hotel. We returned with our son this year after a wonderful stay last year. Friendly receptionist made us feel welcome.
