PolandThere were thwo things, tarrace/balcony shared with many rooms and smoking guests. As there was no air condition window had to be open nearly non stop and very often we had to close it due to smokers.
I really liked hotel, localization and free parking. Staff was realy helpfull. Also I will recomennd spa section, pool and saunas were realy great.

Attentive staff helped us a lot during our stay. The hotel has a nice alpine atmosphere. Short walk from the train/bus station and also from the restaurants.

The staff was very nice and helpful, even let us leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours after check out. The room was very comfortable and clean, with exception of some towels. The location was perfect, 10 min to the station and 10 min to the city center. We also had a little balcony and view to the mountains.

FranceOne of the waiters initially seems pretty grumpy, greeting you with "Oh mein Gott", but he turned out pretty nice in the end. Also, the hotel is next to an airfield, which, on the one hand, allows you to see many gliders starting into the mountain panorama, but one morning, it also meant a constant noisy movement of army helicopters.

United KingdomWould have been good to have a bit of extras in the room such as shoes for the spa or bath robe for the spa. There was no possibility even to pay extra for it.
Rooms are simple but definetely cute and comfortable. The staff is super nice and the spa is definetely a great asset!
