The ceiling of our room was a little short, since we were staying at the last floor. The room was smaller than we expected based on the photos.

The location was great. It was very close to most of the tourist attractions. It was quiet and comfortable. The room was clean. The heating system was great. The bathroom was quite new and tidy. The reception was very friendly and she provided extra towels upon our request. The coffee machine was always available and we could serve ourselves whenever we intended to.

This hotel was very nice and comfortable, the location is 5 mins from Spanish Steps. The room was clean and cleaned each day. No one disturbed us while we were there. The double size bed was perfect also a few more cots and pillows were available to use if needed. The bathroom was big, and the shower is not very comfortable but it was ok. The water in the hotel is drinkable which is great.

The room was excellent taken in account the price, really big and comfortable. It was also really clean and the staff were very helpful. As it is located really in the center of Rome, you can be go anywhere by foot, which is even better.

The only thing I would say is the room we stayed in (very top floor).. was near the breakfast area, early in the morning it was very loud. Next time we’d stay in a different room.

The room view was to an interior technical establishment, not to the street, noisy during the last night. An aditional waiste bin would be needed in The room (one is available în The bathroom).

Unfortunately we did have a dripping tap in the bathroom which we couldn't get fixed. Luckily it wasn't too noisy. The shower was a multi function one which was good apart from the 'rainfall' part at the top, the water was shooting out over the top of the shower cubicle so I didn't use that bit. However all the other settings worked and the shower was nice and hot! The street is a bit noisy, including late night/early morning. I don't know whether this is typical of certain streets in Rome. Our room was on the first floor at the front of the building which may have been the problem.

Good central location, with easy access to Metro and Central Rail Station (Roma Termini) We were able to walk to most of the central attractions. Decent sized room, and large comfortable bed. Breakfast was upstairs on the 4th floor terrace with a good selection of items comprising continental breakfast. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Ample storage space in the room. Nice hot shower. Check-in was very easy, we arrived a little earlier than expected, but the room was ready and we could go straight in.

We had room 204. It is dark, with essentially no window. (There is one but that opens onto a small backyard space, and even on a sunny day the light this room gets is minimal.) No glasses provided whatsoever, which was disappointing. Not even plastic ones for the bathroom. Fortunately we found glasses in the top floor bar / breakfast area late evening after arrival. The bathroom has only a minimal area where we can put cosmetics down - this is more of a problem for ladies, but this certainly was a problem for us. No shelving whatsoever. No full-size mirror either. We had lots of professional events which required preparation (make-up, outfit checks): definitely very difficult for a lady. The shower doors do not align and there was a leak between door panels onto the marble floor when having a shower. Very dangerous for slip-ups. Again, no shelving to put your own cosmetics, shower gel, etc. onto. My advice is: book this place if you are a tourist spending only the absolute minimum of time in the accommodation, because the location is excellent and the staff are very nice. If you are in a position like ours was: professionals with lots of representation during your time in Rome, then the place is not practical for the reasons given above.

The staff are very nice and the location is excellent. The breakfast was good and it was a delight to have it on the rooftop terrace. Flamina is very kind and smiley.

We arrived at the property earlier. We were coming from New York so we were extremely exhausted! A total of 10 hours until we arrived to the hotel. As soon as we arrived the lady who meet us by the entrance said” your check in is not now!” we said we know that, we requested an earlier check in but was not available which we understood. She let us put our bags on a corner she said it was safe leaving them there. We wanted to sit so badly and it was no chairs around only 2 by the first floor. So we asked to sit on the roof top terrace and there was another lady in charge in that area who basically said it was not good to sit there because it was windy. We were so tired we said is ok is just for a few minutes. She said fine! It was 8:00 am and she immediately said we were not allowed to eat breakfast because we came earlier. We didn’t even asked her for that. We went for a walk ate breakfast at a Cafe nearby. Came back to the hotel at 12:00 noon hoping that they could accommodate us. WE WERE LITERALLY DEAD!! Thank God a nicer lady name Naira attended us she was much nicer and she gave us the room yay! We left next day at 7 am so no breakfast either. it was closed I guess it was too early. I am glad that at the end worked out. Naira was great the other 2 ladies not very welcoming!

The property location is great. walking distance to the the Pantheon, restaurants and shops. Also Trevi Fountain is like 5 minutes walking.

Early Street noise 5/6am due to a supermarket next door restocking. Our first room had leaking plumbing in the bathroom and the sofa bed had a dent in the middle so not comfortable to try and sleep in. Got moved to another room which was much better. Low roof gutter in the breakfast area ment a few people hit their heads. Very small lift.

Good area for the hotel plenty of shops and restaurants. Friendly staff, breakfast was also good.

Excellent location. In the heart of historic center, easy to reach everything even on foot. Walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps , Piazza di Spagna , Piazza Navona and Pantheon. Very affordable price this location. Room is nice and comfortable , great value for money. The staff was friendly and helpful.
