Breakfast was a little basic, would have liked some fruit, cold meat and cheese as part of the continental offer.

The staff are absolutely lovely, the apartment was clean and spacious and we would definitely return and recommend.

The room was clean and cleaned everyday, beautiful marble flooring and bathroom. The beds were big and comfy. Having air conditioning was a god send given the weather being around 36°. It was good to have a fridge to keep water cool and a safe in the room. The view of Vatican City and the top of St Peters Basilica was beautiful. St Peter Grand Suite is an excellent location to see the Vatican and the rest of Rome. A busy vibrant location with many restaurants, cafes and shops. Great access to taxi's, buses and the metro, as well as good walking distance to historical sites

It was difficult to find my apartment. We arrived at night and the apartment was in a building across the street. The address was different from the office address.

I had no issues with this property- it was perfect for us.

The apartment is in a brilliant location, just across the road from the Vatican. It had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. It was spotless clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful. I would recommend this property for anyone staying in Rome and wanting to be near everything.

unfortunately there was a bad smell in the room during our stay which seemed to be coming up from the drain and nothing seemed to make it go away.

room size is good and the room was very clean. great location right near the Vatican City. there are smart TVs provided in the rooms with YouTube and Netflix which was a big bonus, the first hotel in Italy we stayed in where we could watch tv in English!

great, brand new apartment near Vatican city. everything was clean and comfortable. good value for the money. interesting way to open the apartment - using special website, so you can check in any time and don’t need to carry the key while sightseeing. I recommend it to everyone!

Printer was broken so we couldn't print needed papers for our flights home.

Good location, right near Vatican City. Check in was a bit more difficult because we were in the building across the street. Easy access to keys on the app to open all of the doors. Elevators/lifts are small and only hold 2 people. Be prepared to carry your bags up the stairs.

Loved the location. Incredibly close to The Vatican, but also great for going out in the evening to local restaurants. The shopping in the area was also great....food, and clothes.

Room was really small, too small. It was complicated and uncomfortable to find apartment and open it with application. We couldn't find anyone in office at 2 pm, in gate wasn't any information about rooms.. it was annoying.

Great localization, nice view from window, clean. Also nice was tv with Netflix. Despite around was noisy in room was really quiet.

we were given an inner room so couldn’t see out. the room had a strong drain smell from a slow draining sink which was unpleasant. reception was not manned so you were left to work everything out yourself.

If you travel a lot in EU, you get used to self check-in, but it can be a challenge if you are not accustomed to using keys and software to open apartment doors.

Great bathroom, super clean! High end fixtures. This is a beautifully decorated hotel room, white marble, and very comfy beds. Across the street from the Vatican walls, about 600 meters from entrance. From Our room Aurelia you could see the Vatican.
