In my room was missing a sofa for reading or watching television. With pets, it is not allowed to reserve the Suite, and I stayed in Junior Suite, that was very comfortable, but missing a great view of the sea.

Excellent breakfast, attention to cleanliness, location in front of the sea with direct access to beach. Staff very kind and supportive in all requests, including very clear support for activities and villages to visit, searching for the best connection. The possibility to stay and have access to beach even though we were out of season, with facilities available. The common areas are very open, and well furnished with sofas and bright areas.

Nothing, it was all perfect.

Very well located with really nice private beach, very nice and accommodating staff, really clean and amazing room with incredible view. Breakfast was super nice too (prosseco option anyone?)

On the beach. Easy walk from train station. Hotel had its own section of beach with umbrellas lounge chairs and towels all included with price of room. Breakfast was also included.

We had some mosquitos in our room after opening the windows.

Situated overlooking the beach an the sea. We were there at the end of the season when the room was not so expensive as it would be in summer, so that was good :) Our suite was very spacious, high ceiling, very large windows, clean and comfy. Breakfast was half Italian style, half Continental style.

The fine print on the description included that the room includes stairs. Having stayed at the Nettuno before, I assumed that it was in a corner that required a few stairs to reach it. I had not counted on a room with only 4 or 5 feet of space at the entrance and then a flight and a half of stairs to access the room itself. The bathroom required still another step down. Room 212 is an attic room with limited visibility. Granted that I am short, but I could not see out of the only window. Had we been banished to the castle's tower?

The Nettuno's setting and view from the terrazzo may be reason enough to stay. The public rooms are inviting, comfortable, and interesting.

Despite advertising AC was told they turned it off for the season and told to open a window. Lots of noise outside made open window hard to sleep and too hot to sleep.

Very disappointing that the rooftop bar and sun lounge were closed even though it was the summer season - it would have been very nice to spend the evenings there. It would also have been nice if the restaurant had been open for lunch. Quite a lot of problems with the air conditioning- the staff was very helpful but quite annoying that we had to call the reception in the middle of the night or early morning to make changes to the air conditioning. But overall a great and pleasant stay.

Very good location, right on the Beach and just close to the town and train station. Great service from everyone in the hotel, from reception, the cleaning staff and staff at the breakfast. Very good breakfast and great terrasse for the breakfast. Very clean and spacious suites in 2 levels. Really nice at the beach that we were allocated the same sunbirds for the entire stay, no stressing in order to get at place at the beach.
