Easy to check in and check out, sparkling clean, in the city centre, plus this is one of the most silent places I've ever been. The facilities I've used were ok, the apartment is very nice and full of light. All the common spaces were well kept and cosy just as my room. I've felt safe and slept so good.

the room. was very nice and comfortable. the bathoroom was great!! it was easy to get in and we loved the shared space. it felt confortable and cosy. there is supermarket virtually under the flat and it was very easy to get to the tube only 10.minutes walk.

The second bed could have been bigger to accommodate two people comfortably. We were a family of 4 people. While one of the beds was perfect, the other one was two small & caused a bit of discomfort.

We liked everything about this property. Convenient location, the room was spacious, neatly decorated, cleanliness level was good. Everything was in order.

Everything about this place is amazing! Each room had its own private bathroom so it still felt like you had your own privacy. It was nice to also have air conditioning in the room that we can control during the hot summer days in Rome. The whole place was well organized and clean. The location in the neighbourhood felt safe and lots of grocery shops/restaurants around. Walter was incredible as he thoroughly explained recommendations on the sights to see/best way to see them, how to use the public transportation, created a pocket guide for us to use/download, and overall was always there if we had a question. Highly recommend and will definitely rebook in the future!

The location would be a possible downside due to it being a little far from the main attractions of the city. Other than that, finding a parking spot nearby can prove to be a challenge if you came by car.

The accommodation in general was very satisfactory, especially when considering the price we paid for the four of us. We had the Blue Sky room with two two-person beds. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. The room had air conditioning and access to the balcony. There was not too much noise. Towels were provided for the stay. The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped, though the shower proved to be a little cramped to our standards (180+ cm 80kg). We arrived around 21:30 and had to self-check in. The host explained the steps to do so, and it was very innovative! Overall, it was a great and simple stay!

For me everything was good and I did not confront with any serious problems. Perhaps with the bathroom ( there is some problems with the hose of water and the length is not adequate). Just this.

The hotel was so clean and also there is enough facilities for me and my wife. The owner of hotel ( walter) was so kind and hospitable.he described the surrounding locations of the hotel appropriately.overall, every thing was good during my stay.

Bed was very low to the ground; difficult for older people to get out of. Limited number of restaurants close to facility.

Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Shared kitchen and refrigerator were very nice surprise. Two person elevator made it easy to access facility located 3 stories up from street level. Coffee shop next door had excellent cappuccino. 15 minute walk to metro; 25 minute walk to train station.

We loved the comfortable beds and cleanliness of the facility. Take It Easy Roma is a diamond in the ruff! Loved the neighborhood and the neighborhood foods. It is a short walk to the train station and that station will take you everywhere you want to go. Walter is a pleasure!

Breakfast is obtained from the charming and friendly bar down at street level. One can not do better than a cappuccino and a fresh cornetto (pastry), There is also a shared self-service kitchen, where guests can keep store-bought provisions and icy-cold drinks.

We loved everything!

The staff is amazing! When we arrived, Walter was waiting for us and he took an hour of his time to give us recommendations for sight-seeing and restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised by the fully equipped kitchen that is available to the guests. Everything is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The location of the guest house is good - there are many bars, restaurants and grocery stores in the vicinity, and it's quiet at night. The subway station is 10 min away on foot.

Quite noisy if someone from the other room goes in and out. Checkin time only until 18h, but still host came to checkin us at 1830.

Everything was more than perfect, Walter was super friendly and very very helpfull , he waited for me after his working hours just because my flight got delayed... welcomed me to the place and gave me a brief about everything that could help during my visit to Rome. I would definitely recommend Take It Easy Guest House for any solo traveler staying for a couple of days... the location is close to all the attraction sites.. and very close to the metro and bus station were u can go anywere at rome in a maximum 25 mins. It is actually a big apartment where you'll rent a room with private bathroom, not a bad thing but just to make it clear. Metro station is 12 min walk, but metro doesn't take to many places in Rome. Bus stops are close and buses go frequently, only that they tend to be late and get stuck in traffic. It is not the best located in terms of accessibility from main sites, but that was not a problem for us and we enjoyed the local neighborhood feeling.

The host was very helpful and communicative, gave lots of info on Rome and a map. The room and bathroom were good and clean. There is fully equipped kitchen for everybody to use and a common balcony with nice morning sun. Was possible to use the washing machine. For breakfast there was a coffee and croissant in the bar downstairs. The house is located in a nice residential area, you'll get the feel of how people actually live in Rome. Supermarket, fresh produce market, and coffee shops just downstairs, some restaurants closeby.

The location is not near to the attractions place. But it is ok to take a bus. There is a bus stop opposite to the hotel.
