Check in was scheduled for 14:00, however, when we come to Rome we received the message that the apartment will be ready at 15:00. An hour is certainly not a big difference, but in a situation where it was already clearly indicated and agreed that check in is from 14:00, it is not professional for the accommodation to change the time on its own initiative on the day of arrival. Also, there were not enough towels in the room for 2 people.

The location is great! The accommodation is close to all major sights and the metro station, which means a lot. Also the view from the apartment is very nice and the terrace makes room very illuminated! The wooden ceiling is very charming, too.

We literally heard neighbors trough the walls :/ The first night we have been woke up a couple of times because the neighbors were too loud.

Excellent location! We were at the point from where we could visit all attractions in one day. The bad was perfect and super comfortable. Very clean bathroom and cozy room. We had netflix before the bed time :D

There are several things that you need to be aware of if you’re going to book this property. There is a lift there but unfortunately doesn’t work, so if you have heavy luggage, it’s quite challenging to take them up to the apartment since the stairs are high and narrow. Also bare in mind that the kitchen is a shared one, however in your room there is a coffee machine. but TBH nothing wrong about that. All the neighbors were really quiet and friendly. Another thing, there is no daily room service, if you want this you will need to pay for it on a daily basis. The shower holder in our room was broken, and the hot water turns cold after a while when you’re taking your shower. I hope you guys work on these little things that will make the experience even better! But I have to say that it didn’t really spoil our stay.

Best location! It’s closed to a lot of attractions! In 15 or 20 min you can easily reach to an attraction, and in a 4 or 5 min walk to the Spanish Steps! There’s also a metro station that’s very close, bus station and a taxi station. The host was very responsive, respectful and friendly. I had a good stay there and willing to come back to the same apartment when I travel again to Rome.

Stairs to room without a lift but that is most places in Italy/Europe. Don’t offer transfer service so had to find my own. Other places at least provide a recommendation and a phone number.

The room was smaller than it seems on the photos. The toilet seat is very flimsy and every time you lean for the toilet paper you fall, I even got hurt. Also we had a late check out included according to our booking reservation but such was refused by the property.

Location is great, checking in was streamlined via online platform - it was comfortable. The room was exceptionally clean, I mean hospital clean and that's amazing.

The street the apartment is on is extremely noisy - restaurants and garbage pick throughout the night.

The apartment was in a great location and the bed was comfortable. There was a shared kitchen and outdoor balcony. Getting into your room was easy but you need to be logged into the wifi as the mobile data isn't strong enough.

Very noisy in the early morning due to street cleaning. They should provide shampoo and shower gel bottles not a single use shampoo packet. Wifi was not working during our whole stay(2 nights, 3 days).

Not as pictured, misleading as many spaces are communal. Shower did not function properly, had to be held and the floor was soaked after minimal use.

We had a problem entering into the building because the smart lock didn't work. We wrote to the host and he was quick to answer but there wasn't anything he could have done remotely so we had to wait for him on the street to come over to the place to let us in. Apparently the problem was the wifi that it wasn't working. Bad luck I guess. I sincerely hope they have fixed that issue. Also when you are choosing your room and on booking.com be careful, because there was a mix up with the room we booked and the room the host was offering. It was a mix up between the host and booking.com. We called the customer service but there was nothing they could have done. Our host was still very patient and helpful, offered us a full refund if we didn't want to stay at the place. But even though it wasn't the room we booked, still was the best option in the city with that price. And at the end we enjoyed our stay very much. The location was worth everything. Just be mindful of these issues but still choose this apartment. You won't regret it.

The location is amazing! Totally worth it. The room is comfortable enough with a spacious bathroom. The room is in a in apartment actually with other rooms in it and a shared kitchen. So you go in from the building door at the street and enter the apartment door on the first floor with a smart lock on it and then you go in your designated room.

The wifi did not work the whole time we were there and the door unlock to get in to the apartment was very complicated since we couldn’t connect to wifi but the property was very accommodating to get the issue with the door code resolved quickly!

It was on a quiet street next to great restaurants! The location was perfect because it was close to all of the main attractions while still being tucked away from all of the foot traffic.

The walls are paper thin so just keep that in mind, we had some active Neighbours in the early hours of the morning, and you can hear the rubbish bins being collected in the morning. The bed was also quite hard and stiff, but I'm a sensitive sleeper. There also isn't a fridge in the apartment which would have been a nice extra, however there is a convenience store 5 meters up the road that sells ice, so it was fine.

The location of this apartment was perfect and within walking distance to all the main highlights! Make sure to definitely complete the booking registration for city taxes before you arrive, as you cannot self-check-in. I made this mistake, but thankfully the host responded promptly and was very kind and forgiving and we had no issue self-checking in.
