The property was clean and spacious. We had 2 apartments across the hall from each other. Very comfy beds. Nice shower and bathroom and good kitchen facilities. Bakery just opposite. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Pharmacy and supermarket close by within walking distance. 18 minutes drive from the airport and just 5 minutes away from the autostrade.

We spent 3 nights in The Lighthouse. The apartment was nice and clean and had everything you could need. There was plenty of safe parking outside the property and there is a little bakery just across the street. The host was lovely and very welcoming. Great value for the money! Big thank you to Domenico and his lovely parents who welcomed us😊

We rented the flat as we were visiting family. We loved the flat. So big, nicely decorated, fully equipped and super responsive owners. Was a lovely stay and we will definitely rebook when coming back!

Beautiful modern apartment in lovely little town. No tourists other than us. Very authentic Italian feel to the town. Balconies to sit out on. Gorgeous court yard to relax in. Lovely hosts-didn’t speak English but my partner enjoyed chatting to them in Italian and the correspondence with their son when booking was in perfect English-easy to communicate with him. Walking distance to great little supermarket and bakery just opposite. Quiet location. Close to the sea.

There is only one air conditioner and it is located in the living room.

Nice very clean apartment. Large kitchen with all necessary utensils. Incredibly cozy terrace. Convenient location, close to shops and several restaurants with delicious food. I recommend.

The location was great. A 5 min walk to all of the restaurants and the waterfront. Rooms are comfortable. Everything exceeded our expectations. The hosts are the best part!!! They took such good care of us. We will be back for sure :)

The lighthouse apartments are 5 star . The hosts are very warm and welcoming and your every need to already catered for. Close proximity to restaurants cafes , beaches, supermarket, bakery . The beds are comfortable and the apartment is very clean, the laundry is available to guests and everything is easy and relaxing . I could have stayed here for my whole month in Sicilly.

The air condition can be operated only if the keys are in the apartment, but only one key was available. So with two grown-up kids it would have been much easier with an extra-key to secure that the rooms can be climatized independent of who stays inside and when. Unfortunately no key was made available upon repeated request. The other point to consider is that the nice courtyard isn't really accessible as the neighbors could be disturbed by any groups using it in the evening times or at night. So that outdoor option was effectively inaccessible, as we were told to avoid making any noise out there.

Close to the seaside and located well in the center of the village. Rooms were large and comfortable.

I am writing the bad review with heavy feeling as I would love to feel the same way about the accommodation as others describe. The first day we arrived, we received wrong apartment, the cheaper and much more smaller one. We confronted the owner immediately, but had to wait some time to get the other apartment prepared, which we didn’t appreciate as we just arrived after a whole day travel. But still didn’t make any fuss about this, as it wasn’t such a big deal after all. The internet is basically not existent (we booked the place for the workation, so this was a big issue for us) We stayed for 9 nights in total. At the beginning, we stayed 2 people for 4 nights and then for the 5 remaining night one more person joined us. I asked to provide the extra cost price for the third person for 5 nights on the same date of our arrival. Because the price for 2 people for 9 nights was 720 and for the 3 people 820. Which makes just 100€ extra for one person for 9 nights. However, on the last day, right before checkout, the owner asked us to pay 125€ for extra person who joined us just for 5 nights. When confronted, the owners didn’t understand what we were talking about and basically the whole communication is impossible with them as they don’t understand English at all. At the end my girlfriend agreed to pay the 100€ as she didn’t see the point in explaining the situation over and over after they didn’t understand anything. We been to many bookings in Sicily, this one brought us the most stressful days, yet it was the most expensive out of all…overall the previous ratings do not reflect the value the accommodation like this should bring.

First of all, the apartment was indeed beautiful and well equipped + the owners are very nice. If you book the place, you will be definitely more then happy with the accommodation itself, but don’t expect to be able to communicate with the owners at all in case of any inconvenience.
