The only thing I missed was a window view. Considering we were in Napoli to explore and be outside most of the day, it didn't matter.

The rooms are modern and clean. The breakfast was served in a nice eating area with different options: juice, cereal, bread and yoghurt. The location is perfect for exploring the city: It's right next to Via Toledo, a big shopping street, and it's not a long walk to/from the old town either. We only wish we had more time to explore! Anna, the host, was very helpful and kind. We had some fun talks using google translate together. We enjoyed our stay a lot, and would gladly stay at this place again.

Anna is a fantastic host. It was easy to find, because she gave very good directions. Location was excellent - close to main sights and tourist area. Room was spotless and cozy. With the help of Google Translate, we were able to understand each other well.

I liked everything about our two nights stay at Teledo point in Napoli. Anna is a fantastic host and it is clear that she really care about her guests. She gave us good tips about restaurants and things to do. We had many good discussions when we met her. When we were out but needed some information we communicated with her via WhatsApp. Very effective and convenient. Clean rooms in a very convenient location. Thank you Anna for a wonderful stay. We highly recommend this accommodation. 👌

Nothing, everything was perfect.

We liked everything, the room have all the commodities we needed, the location of the place was perfect close to the center but what we liked more was the sympathy and the availability of the owner Anna she was always polite and helpful all the time.

The customer service was excellent. Anna Panzetta was so lovely and very helpful. When we arrived outside we couldn't find the place and she made an effort to come outside and meet us. The room and bathroom is very clean and look just like the photos. The breakfast was delicious! It's located in a very good area, close to some main attractions like the Chiostro di Santa Chiara. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone!

A little difficult to find initially as we didn't realise the B&B is within a larger commercial & residential building. Once inside all was good though.

The b&b is in a business center and clearly does not give the "home" vibe. Rooms are not isolated, be ready to wake up to every room's breakfast chats.

The space is very well situated. It is a small hotel on one floor of a larger building. It was nice but was surprised by the excellent rating.

Almost nothing but it would’ve been better if it is a little cheaper. Also wanted communicate tmwuth the owner more so if she speaks more English that’s cooler too.

Owner was really nice. The room was clean and spacious. Free water and juice in the fridge. Location.

The Apartment was extremely hot. Air conditioning can only be run when you are in the room. Even then the air conditioner takes hours to cool down.

The apartment is conveniently located to downtown Napoli. Anna and her daughter were very nice. Her daughter helped us bring our bags to our taxi.

Very central to the old town, clean, very roomy bedrooms and big modern showers and comfortable beds. Super quiet to sleep. Anna was lovely and breakfast was delicious. Anna even went to the trouble to get me gluten free and lactose free milk.
