Although tea/coffee making facilities are very well provided in a common area , a small kettle in the room would have been more ideal.

Location was perfect, buses stop station very close to the apartment. Beds very comfortable after a day long of walk around the city. Lovely restaurant also very close. I recommend it.

The shower seemed to be missing a sliding door which meant the bathroom floor did get quite wet after showing but they left plenty of towels/bath mats.

Great location! Easy to access via bus from the Roma Termini. Very close to the main sightseeing locations, we walked everywhere - Vatican City, Colosseo, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon to name a few. Room was larger than expected and the bed comfortable. They very kindly left a bottle of prosecco on our second night which was a lovely touch. Check in/out was effortless. We will stay again the next time we are in Rome!

The concierge arranged a taxi for our transportation to the airport. Unfortunately, there was some confusion and he booked it for the incorrect time. We were waiting outside the hotel in the early hours of the morning (locked out) and ended up being picked up by a random cab to make our flight. They were well intentioned with helping to arrange, however, it did cause a lot of stress.

Staff surprised us with a bottle of champagne and flowers for our Honeymoon, which was incredibly thoughtful. Room was clean and comfortable. It was a good value in a good location, While there was nothing wrong with the room, there was also nothing exceptional that would drive us to return. It was a good last minute option for our weekend.

I didn’t like that there was no one on site for any issues. I was locked out at one point with the wrong keys and the punch pad not working. Someone came to help and they were great, but I had to wait about an hour. Since there wasn’t a “reception desk”, I also couldn’t pay the tourist tax while there in an easy fashion like a hotel where I could pay with credit card while “checking in”. I wasn’t told about the final price until I had already left for the airport and now am not sure how to pay them. All that said, the staff was really good at communicating on What’s App in both English and Italian.

Hosts were so friendly and welcoming. It was no trouble to leave our bags a bit earlier before check in. They were also very helpful during check out and always smiling. The room and bathroom were beautiful and plenty of room. Location was good. We used walking/public transport to get around.

We booked a 3 bed bedroom and we got too Beds and had to make ourself the third bed as we arrived. Internet and TV didn’t work.

- Self service. No hotel staff welcomed us when we arrived around 2 pm on a Monday and we struggled getting ourselves into the room. Unfortunately, we missed the email sent the day before arrival with instructions and could not get in touch with the hotel staff through the number provided at the door. We wish we had known that it was self service as we thought it was a scam. - Communication. All the communication with the hotel is done through WhatsApp. We thought that we would see hotel staff at some point during our first two days to complete the check in but we never did. On the second day the hotel manager reached us to us through whatsapp and asked us for our ids. Not a fan of providing personal information online. We also had an issue completing the payment as the hotel didn’t manage to run the payment. As the hotel staff wouldn’t be there for us before 10am or after 5pm, we had to change our plans and run to the hotel so the payment was made. Not really their fault but they could organise someone to be at the reception at least. We were only in Rome for a few days! - Shower is missing one of the door and water comes out.

Location is the highlight, you can cover half of the Rome by walking and essential are nearby. Staff is so amazing, like they guided us day night. No noise in the night.

Set on the 4th floor of a historical building. Building also housed exchange students on other floors. Location was great - stones throw away from the piazza navona, with lots of restaurant options nearby. Modern and clean rooms, with communal kitchen and extra facilities.
