The facilities are very basic. The fitted sheet was still wet and hanging over a chair when we arrived. Some TLC is required to make the stay a bit more enjoyable. It almost felt like a hostel.

There is a bathroom and kitchen that can be shared by all residents. It is clean and meets all the expectations. The room is spacious.

Because of heavy raining closer to evening there was no electricity in the apartment (but in other flats in building it has already worked). Administrator just informed me about it and didn’t response after. Only one WC with bathroom on the floor for all rooms of hotel

I only stayed for one night, a very short time, since I had to leave early in the morning. so I don't have more experience to tell. but the room is big, enough for us. Only the air conditioner is missing, since the weather is so hot, there is only a fan and I think it makes it hotter, we have to open the window but mosquitoes will come into our room.

it's easy to get a bus to go to the train station.

It was okay, nothing extra. Bathroom was not extra clean, other rooms were fine. We had room on the sunny side, so at night it was hot.

The room had no air conditioning and it is not possible to leave the luggage at the place before the check-in. The bathroom was shared with all the guests, which wasn't very comfortable and it was often not clean. We had a bad experience with a couple of other guests that would constantly not flush and try to monopolize the bathroom, knocking on the door as we were using it, for example.

The room was very big and comfortable, the communication was easy with the host. The kitchen was very well equipped and we were able to make a few meals. There was a fan in the room that was very silent.

Pillows were a bit uncomfortable, but most of all there were a lot of very aggressive mosquitoes in our bedroom that kept us awake all night (we killed like 6 of them). We can't even explain how this happened, since we never opened the window and always closed properly the door when going to the bathroom. Anyway, we suggest to give the guests something to be able to deal with this situation, like an anti-mosquitoes spray, because under this condition was very hard to sleep.

It's a cold room, there's not much to warm up and wrap around at night. The room lacked cleanliness. A layer of dust on the dressers :(

The bathroom wasn't the cleanest, but it's a shared bathroom so that probably was the fault of the other guests.

This room is in a good location and it's a good value. The room has a nice view of the city, trees and mountains. Check-in and out was easy.

We didn't have the key to the front door and we couldn't get into the flat after dinner (11pm). Also the host was not the most friendly and accomodating.

Very nice location - 20 minutes walk from the airport, 8 to the train station and 10 to the city center. The room was nice and clean, bathroom and kitchen good equiped. Fair price and great view from the window. Instructions for the check in very precise and helpful.
