I would like to share some feedback regarding the entry policy after working hours. I appreciate the security measures in place for guests' safety; however, I find the requirement to wear a paper bracelet throughout my stay quite inconvenient. I personally do not wear any accessories on my wrist, including jewelry or a watch, so keeping the bracelet on at all times—including while showering, sleeping, or going out—is not ideal for me. While I understand the reasoning behind this rule, I believe that showing the bracelet upon request, even if kept in my wallet or pocket, along with presenting a valid identity document (such as my passport), should be sufficient for verification. I kindly ask you to reconsider this policy, as it may improve the experience for guests who share similar concerns. I have enjoyed staying at your hostel in the past, but this issue may influence my decision for future visits to Naples. I hope you will take this feedback into account, and I would love to return if a more flexible approach is considered.

The shower water is a little lukewarm. The courtyard was lovely, but I am a non-smoker and the smell of cigarettes was unpleasant when I entered the room.

The bed was sturdy and I slept well. It was a triple bunk bed, but the steps seemed sturdy. The breakfast is good. There is elevator and small kitchen.

Everything was perfect, from the staff that was amazing and super nice, to the rooms that were clean and comfy, breakfast was great, location super central. Highly recommended! And ciao to the girls that are working there :))

There are multiple instruments at the top floor for guests to play, including a piano and a guitar🎉 They also organized activities in the evening. They offer free breakfast and also the location is fantastic.

Breakfast is very simple but good. It’d nice if during the day the coffee machine was switched on. I was working in the common area for a couple and wanted to have some tea and coffee during work but they weren’t available outside of breakfast hours.

The staff are great and they gave me many recommendations of what to do and eat in Naples and around!

They could give bigger storages since they had more space for that. 2 bathrooms might not be enough for 12 people but I never had an issue.

The quality of the beds, pillows and related equipment, the staff and the quality of ppl staying. Having bidets in the bathroom is a huge plus.

- The bathrooms were stinky even when used on different periods, the same smell was there, especially the floor bathroom. - Our room was also smelly. I know that's up to guests as well but I don't know if there is any ventilation system that hostels may use to avoid that.

I give the staff 10 out of 10. Probably the best staff I have ever come across in a hostel. Special shoutout to Zaira (I hope I wrote her name correctly). The location was great as it's close to the historical center and the airport shuttle (from the port). The Internet was good and so was the breakfast. The hostel offered free pasta and pizza at night (though I didn't get the chance to have a taste)

The hostel is located in the city centre. Everything was really clean and new. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Nothing I can't find any faults

This was such an amazing hostel. When I come back to Naples again hands down I will stay here. Lovely staff are always chatty and happy to help. They think of everything to make your stay as good as possible. Free meal nights and snacks. Delicious free breakfast with cereal, yoghurt, toast, croissants, juices and latte! I looked forward to coming back to this relaxing hostel every evening. Even though it's the low season there were always other guests to talk to and a wonderful common area to relax in. It even has a bar and a little guest kitchen. Beds and plump pillows were so comfy, a nice little outdoor balcony area, showers nice and hot, even a bidet, which I've never seen in a hostel before!

The property is located very well. They organize many different events like karaoke night, pizza night, pasta night,… which i think is super cool! It is my second time in this hostel and whenever I am coming to Napoli, this will be my first plan.

Would be nice to put a reminder to be quiet at night in the staircase as it resonates a lot

Very good common areas, and great view from the balcony and the bedroom are spacious and confortable. The breakfast is pretty consistent and the organise a few activities
