Nothing! I had an excellent stay and 10/10 would recommend.

I had an early flight so i had to leave before breakfast started. Because of this, the receptionist left a basket of breakfast things out for me so that I could have something to eat before the airport, which was so thoughtful.

I regret I couldn't stay longer. Not a negative, more like an advise -> breakfast is Italian style, so not much of fruits or vegetables are available -> best to but some in nearby grocery (great quality in low price!) day before if you need some ;)

Incredible Hostel run by quality people. Great staff, smart and kind. Central excellent location, clean rooms and Hostel in general, well designed. Great breakfast, a lot of space in common fourth floor. I had pleasure to speak with one of the owners and I really see amount of work they are putting into running this place. Good for solo or group trips, I met also some people having 1 night as they were on a business trip. Hostel is organizing daily evening events (like free pasta evening) so there is always something to do if you are looking for an opportunity to meet someone.

The room was cleaned and the bed was confortable as well. The reception was very helpful since I don’t speak Italian. And most importantly, the breakfast was amazing. It was a buffet with nice croissants, bread, ham and cheese. The price is surprisingly fair!

although breakfast was good for most of us, it would have been good for more vegan options. our private room was right by the communal area and so it got noisy at times

Perhaps earplugs can be optionally provided - as other guests snored a bit loud in my room but it’s unavoidable.

Everything here is excellent! The location is great, literally central in Naples and close to many sightseeing places, shops, and good restaurants. The staff (ie. Zaira and others) were extremely helpful, friendly who gave my a bunch of tips. The breakfast (incl in the price) was delicious, great for a good start into the adventure in Naples. On top of those, the place is super clean and designed with a good way to optimize hostel’s experience. I’d definitely come back!

Probably the AC is too cold in the room, when you only have a top sheet so it's a bit hard to sleep when it's too cold or maybe that's just me, it could perfect for other people.

The area is in good location. The rooms are clean and beds are clean and feels clean, I like the bathroom that inside our room. The place feels very secured, they have a nice security locks in the room and there's lockers you can put your things. The best part is the free breakfast in th 4th floor, the food is generous and the view in the balcony is really nice. I highly recommend this place. It is near to many important places in Naples.

Good breakfast and we had a pasta night too !! It was very delicious and the staff are very nice, they will give you information for the travel. The room is also quiet at night, I didn't hear noises on the street.

Didn't like we had to leave because our trip ended

The buffet breakfast wasn't great

There's no Luggage room, it's a luggage corner 😂 The staff at the bar was so weird and kinda rude unfortunately.

Very good and clean rooms, the beds were amazing. We liked the view und the common areas. The location was perfect too to explore neapel. Would definitely come back!

The room we stayed in was a little too warm, i think the ventilation system was not working correctly compared to the first room i stayed in. Other than that, everything was perfect

The staff is amazing ! They went above and beyond to make me and my friends be in the same room and they were really helpful from day 1 trying to recommend us places to go, must see sights. Special thanks to Angela 🥰 The rooms are clean and having a bathroom per room is a huge plus. We enjoyed breakfast at the balcony, the view on the square is very relaxing. We had some rainy days during our stay but we enjoyed the hostel activities at night, karaoke night was super fun !

The air conditioning seemed to be centrally controlled or not working because we couldn't put it below 26 degrees which meant we were all sweating in the night!

Clean rooms, good size and all with lights and plugs next to the bed. Hostel is in a great location and there were lots of activities going on during the week (including free pasta night!). The free breakfast is good too, lots of options.

i slept on the upper bed of the three. so every time when other people staying down moved in their beds, i felt a shake making it feel kind of an eartquake.

friendly staff good design of the rooms, good breakfast with fruits and freshly cooked pastries. also everyday there is a special event. on the friday night i stayed there, i had free pasta prepared by their skillful cook. i left my luggage after check out, it was all fine thanks to the security camera.

The bathrooms were okay, but everything gets wet when the shower is on- like the counter and towel rack and toilet paper- everything. Other than that, no complaints.

Staff were very friendly and took the time to explain any directions needed. The rooms were perfect and I felt like I was safe and so was my stuff. There was free pasta night which was nice and a great way to meet other people in the hostel.

Booked for a large group trip. We all agreed that this is one of the best hostels we have stayed in. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was great. The hostel was really clean, the cleaner even came to clean our rooms mid stay. Location was very central.

Noise from outside. I always sleep bad and Naples has lout night life, so I can hear everything...
