Nice, friendly & informative host. Nice room and bed. No AC just fan, so not very suitable for the hotter summer days. Heater works sufficiently. Very near to Rialto/San Silvestro, the property is at a quiet corner of the neighbourhood, but don't forget your earplug for the night. Clean bath- & handtowel inclusive. Perfect for a few days stay up to 1 week.

The location was excellent - close to a vaporetto stop. Restaurants and a supermarket close by. The host was friendly. Good value for the price. Access to a well maintained kitchen.

mosquitos, the room had screens over the windows, but they were still getting in what do you expect when you are surrounded by water, so just keep the windows closed!

great communication, reccomendations, and location! The room was cozy and had everything needed to have a enjoyable stay. Shared bathroom and kitchen area were spotless! Close to so many shops and restaurants and the historic bridge! It felt very safe being a solo female traveler! :)

Might be worth bringing earplugs as the great location means lots of folks out and about into the wee hours but that’ll be true anywhere in central Venice.

Exactly as advertised. Room with shared bathroom in a great location right in the heart of Venice. Directions were great, local intro from the host was very helpful and it was a very fair price to be able to stay at the heart of it all. Particularly appreciated the suggestion of Misericordia canal for food and drinks. Host super responsive and accessible via chat. Overall a great spot.

Such a helpful host , gave great tips on how to see the best of venice. The location was so central and really easy to get your bearings and find accommodation as it is so close to landmark of rialto Bridge. Use of kitchen very handy.

Nothing to hate. I normally avoid shared bathrooms, but this one worked fine. If you keep your expectations modest, you’ll probably be pleasantly surprised.

The location of this place is terrific! You’ll feel like a local as you duck down a tiny alley and into the ancient doorway, for which you have your own key. Check-in worked quite well for me, though it’s a bit of a faff needing to confirm precise check-in time the day before. When I arrived I was told I was an hour early, despite them having confirmed the time the day before. But the welcome from Justin was friendly and organised. The room is one of a number in a typical Venetian flat. Quite basic, but scrupulously clean. The bed was a bit small for me, but I am quite tall. All in all a painless and authentic experience.

It was a little hard to find the entrance of the place, but the host was helpfull via Whatsapp. The rooms were not so modern, but that is not a problem.

The location is amazing, it is next to a supermarket and close to the waterbus. The host explained everything about the city and could give recommendations for restaurants and luggage places. The room was fine, outside was pretty quiet at night. Checking in and out was easy. I had a good time!

Two steps from Rialto was just perfect for me! It is located very close a vaporetto stop (waterbus) so it is easy to and from. My room (and the hotel) was very clean, the bed was super comfortable and the host very nice. I had a small room with double bed and I think it would have also been ok for a couple and maybe even for really good friends to share. There were also many nice and cozy restaurants in the neighborhood (and shops). I had my breakfast every morning at a typical Venetian café. I can really warmly recommend this place!

Mattress is rather soft for my liking, and the shower took quite long to adjust the temperature.

Very happy with everything. The host is nice, very good communication with him answered all my questions, warm welcome, gave me a few nice names for restaurants and caffes. Place is very close to main attraction Rialto bridge, just a few minutes walk. Apartment very nice, room lovely, comfortable and clean. Bathroom and kitchen was shared but OK. Nice view from kitchen on small square with shop and restaurant and small canal where some days gondola is parked. Around accommodation is plenty restaurants, shops etc. Host was helpful. Room good value for money. Strongly recommend the place. B

Great localization in the middle of Venice, literally two steps from Rialto Bridge, main passage thru Canal Grande connecting both sides so it was really convinient. Very polite owner, who gave us quick introduction of Venice along with some history of the city. Great value for this kind of money.

The talks and sounds can be heard among the rooms. Sound insulation was not sufficient. Also the wooden doors were noisy but I get the reason why they don't change them.

The location was wonderful. Staff was responsive and friendly. The information he gave about venice helped a lot. Room was comfortable and warm. I recommend this facility.

Location was superb, easy and safe area to get around. Host was always available through text for any questions or useful information. The room was clean, well equipped and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet at night with no loud disturbing noises. This location is on a small side street and you must walk all the way to the top floor (i believe it’s 3 floors up) to get to the rooms. Towels and sheets are provided, heaters are automatically regulated.

Great location- short walk to all main Venice attraction and spots. Very nice host who also briefly mention about history of the city and where to go where to eat. Room was comfortable and clean Kitchen fully equipped Bathroom was clean with good size.
