United KingdomThe facilities were not of a 5 star hotel standard I’d expect sun beds and umbrellas to be free of charge on the beach but instead guests had to pay for them The pools were dated and not well kept. Guests are not allowed to use the pools after 7 pm which I found unfair considering the heat The quality of the breakfast again not of a 5 star standard
The location right on the beach Paguro Beach restaurant is nice and serving good food. Had a nice atmosphere at night time too. Staff there were really nice and extremely hard working (some of them were there from morning to late night)

United KingdomSome reception staff generally blunt, unhelpful and rude. Poor customer service for a so called 5* hotel. It is definitely not a 5* hotel by UK standards. Arrived at hotel to find 5 staff behind front desk- 2 were dealing with a customer- the other 3 totally ignored us and continued with their work and conversations- this was a common occurrence throughout the week, almost as if we were actually invisible and an inconvenience. I don't think I have encountered such poor and downright rude customer service at any other hotel in the world. Only 2 of the reception staff warranted a position at the front desk- they could smile and be helpful! Air con not able to be lower than 22°- I queried politely at reception and received a blunt response- no smiles given out by this one particular member of staff! Our room was at the front of the hotel- noisy main road all day and all night- even more so following beach parties at the hotel when people would fill out onto the street singing and dancing. Not quite the tranquil Tuscan coast I had hoped for. Not much sleep for me with noise, warmth and limp pillows!
Rooftop terrace quiet and relaxing. Main areas spacious and clean. Bar staff and cleaners always friendly and helpful. A couple of decent restaurants to go to over the road with a warm and friendly atmosphere.

LuxembourgThe breakfast is vey poor, not up to standards of a 5 star hotel. (Cold dishes only , even the ones what are supposed to be hot). Constant lack of cutlery or some others supplies. Dinners are not worth 35 Eur per person. The quality is not really up to the price. Wi-Fi connection is very very poor (and cellular coverage in the hotel area is somehow very bad or does not even exist!) Overall the location is quite dead. There are not many restaurants around, nor there are any other facilities available. We book it counting on the hotel and it honestly did not live up to the expectations. The staff is not great , for example we asked for an iron and ironing board to be provided and never received it even though they said they would do it.

NetherlandsSeveral aspects were severely under par: - friendliness of staff is very rare, primarily you are met with dissonance or they try to get rid of you with a minimal answer. - the "gym" is a single room which smells like cigarette smoke, has only 2 treadmills and a bike, and nothing else. Furthermore the windows do not open and the airconditioning is not active. - you are expected to make reservations for dinner on site, and you will be turned away even if there are a large number of visible open tables. - breakfast is a basic buffet, anything more (e.g, omelette) requires additional payment. All in all, not worthy of 5 stars.
Rooms are decent, and kept clean.

FranceEverything else. A five star category here is unbelievable, we have been to better 2 and 3 stars, no contest. The name «charme » must mean they have a sick sense of humor as the whole place could not look more like a hospital or dentist office at best with it’s cheap all white walls and furniture. We had two rooms, both were as bare as could be. Beds and a tablet that would serve as a small desk I guess. No bedside table, no wall decorations, the room is so cheap and empty it’s depressing. Even more so was the breakfast, the cheapest options you could find for everything. We didn’t dare touch the scrambled eggs, they looked so brown and sickly. When we asked for a hot chocolate, it was so bitter we had to ask why. They said they no longer had the usual cocoa so they put whole 100% bitter cocoa in it. It also tasted like water not milk. The rest is subpar (cheap supermarket ham and salmon) except for maybe the fruits which were ok. Anyway when we checked out they asked us for 160 euros, on a simple piece of paper with no explanation; when we asked they struggled to provide an answer. They had billed us for a fresh orange juice at breakfast for instance which we never took (and why would you bill orange juice at breakfast but anyway) and over a 100 euros which they could never explain and had to take out. Safe to say we will not be back.
The pool, the private beach and the restaurant by the beach. The kids enjoyed it, there are chairs etc and some kind of kids playground as well.

PolandIt is not what I expected booking this hotel. I was hope to have good service and five stars standard. We had quite big room but with mold smell. The room was really poor cleaning. We didn't have our sheets changed once during our stay. You have to pay additional for basic things like pancakes on breakfast. There is only one key to room and you can't have another. The rooms are not soundproof what was mentioned in the offer, you can perfectly hear what your neighbours do, especially in the bathroom. Stuff in reception desk is nonchalant. Generally atmosphere was unpleasant.
Hotel is situated in nice area, near to beach and restaurants. It is close to Piza. It has two well maintained pools. The reception desk and surroundings is designed in attractive way.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. We have got a "welcome fruit salat", and beach umbrella voucher for two days. The breakfast was regular hotel food, you can choose from lots of items. There are two pools: one for families and playing, and the roof pool for relaxing without children. These are really good and clean.

SwedenThe room we got was not what we paid for. No furniture except the beds. Not cleaned. The terrace was opposite the pathway to the pool with no private part, useless. The bathroom was leaking water so always wet. But the worst part is the staff in the reception, so arrogant and useless. Will not ever go back to this hotel because of them. In total nowhere near 5-stars…
The location is very good, the staff in the restaurant on the top floor are 5-star. The staff by the pool are really nice. The facilities are good, but not top. The beach club connected to the hotel is good, but go to the beach club Bagni Vittorio Emanuele instead, much better.

Nobody took care of taking away the towels from the used lounge chairs. Gym: Wifi not available, TVs without remote control and couldn’t be turned on therefore. No weights available.
