The fitted sheet had not been changed. However, the sheets and duvet were clean.

A very good location, 5 minutes' walk from the Vatican. The accommodation had everything you needed, all the functional equipment. The independent departure is a plus. The owner was very welcoming.

There was no table and chairs on the balcony as indicated by the pictures. The air conditioning was not adjustable.

This apartment is a wonderful location, especially for those wanting to spend time around the Vatican City. Excellent restaurants downstairs.

Excellent location and communication was good. Situated just outside vatican wall. Pope was our neighbour.!! Caretaker was quick to fix some issues that we had. Balcony was great.

The apartment is on the second floor and the lift was out of order when we arrived so we had to drag our suitcase up the stairs but apart from that it was clean and tidy. The host was pleasant and accommodated our very late arrival.

Brilliant location - right opposite the Vatican and a 5 minute walk from the metro station. Great view of the Vatican from the balcony. Right downstairs were two restaurants with decent food - one an Irish bar! There was a supermarket 2 minutes walk from the accommodation. The apartment itself is pretty basic but the balcony is a great bonus.

The only cons were the kitchen was very basic and the bathroom lacked shelves for toiletries neither affected our stay

A basic apartment but the location so close to the vatican and the view from the balcony is what made the apartment so good. It was great at the end of the day just sitting on the balcony and watching all the activity below in plaza risorgemento. Also it is great for bus and metro services multiple options to all over Rome

Overall cleanliness was good, though some of the bathroom equipment requires refurbishment (lousy parts, corrosion stains, etc.).

Very good location, beautiful view of the Vatican, bus stop nearby, shops around, good restaurants nearby. The best pizza is at L'Archetto restaurant.

If you are a really light sleeper it can be a bit noisy as it's very central but it didn't bother us. Blinds are also very thin so the light comes in in the morning so difficult to lie in. Also no iron.

Location is fantastic, it has a lovely little balcony with a beautiful view. The inside of the apartment is spacious and comfortable. The host was fantastic and reliable, available to contact through WhatsApp as well which made things really easy.

Everything was great, super cool place right next to Vatican city a really close to Angels castle. Lot of beautiful places and cosy restaurants and caffés nearby. Owner is very kind. Everything was it should be. Only small imperfection was little bit squeking bed. Strongly recommending this place!

The bathroom could have been a little bit cleaner.

The location was superb, as well as the view. It's an old building with incredibly high ceilings and huge windows, which we liked very much.

Location is excellent. Great for easy walking distance to Vatican , Castell D'Angelo and the sights of Central Rome. Restaurants are very close by with a handy Supermarket just around the corner. There's a taxi rank 50m from the front door. Everything you require (and more) is at hand. The view from the balcony is an uninterrupted view of St Peters Basilica, which is a lovely backdrop to a pre- exploring morning coffee. The bed is extremely comfortable and we slept very well. Great place and host and we would return without any hesitation. Recommended.

Amazing location with a view of Vatican City just 2 minutes away from it! very easy to get with public transport. The host was very kind and welcomed us a bit before midnight. Highly recommended!

Not using the elevator with luggage.

Very personal and responsive treatment from the owner, he was very helpful in finding what I needed round in the area. The air conditioning made it comfortable, even during a heatwave. The lounge area was spacious and the view from the balcony lovely. The closeness to the underground made getting around easy. Would absolutely stay there again!
