The power bar providing electrical outlets to charge iPhone and iPad were a bit cumbersome to use. My international adaptor kept loosening and the charged stopped when that happened

They were very accommodating in allowing for an earlier check in time.

Nice room, quite clean and renewed, can be a bit humid in winter (but there is an aircon unit), and the shower is perhaps not for tall/big ppl. Very well located and excellent value for the price.

Although there is parking available on the street, it was impossible to find a park nearby, we ended up finding a park about 400 m away.

Very central location, easy walking distance to centre of town. Check in process was easy, and very helpful with the videos sent through prior to check in to ensure I was at the right door. Room was very spacious and great with a baby & toddler.

It was humid, and because of that our clothes that we washed didn't get dry even after hanging up for 2 days.

A home from home. Not just a room but a real base with the added kitchen facilities. Superbly situated with a simple walk to the historic centre and also to the train station.. Very comfortable, well presented and a lovely welcome thank you. Loved it !

My experience was simply perfect. Great value and a lovely single room with views over towards the old city - a short walk to the centre. It is very well decorated and lots of nice little touches. Access to the property was very well handled with little WhatsApp video explanations.

I stayed in the single room with balcony for one night, while walking the Via Francigena. Perfect, clean and cosy, easy check-in instructions from the owner. Lovely city views.

The bed was not very comfortable (mattress too hard), the shower was not very easy to use and the toilet seat was broken.

Very clean and safe. Very good communication with Constanza, detailed check in instructions. The room was spacious and the terrace was a wonderful surprise. The location is great. Near Siena attractions and train station.

B&B is available for a supplement paid in advance.....looked like a nice spread, although as is the tradition in Italy, very heavy on the sweet offerings!

Located halfway between the railway station and the centre. Quiet single room with air-conditioning, ensuite shower/toilet and a cute little balcony with a view. Room had a mini fridge, kettle and I was left some lovely cakes on my arrival. Owner was happy for me to leave my bags on my last day until the afternoon.

Our room was a little small compared to the paid price. We had to pay 10€ in addition because the owner said she had a cyberattack on the booking platform so the price shown on booking was incorrect.

The location is good enough, about 8 minutes on foot from the old town, but given the steep terrain, one does not return to the flat during the day. You could always use the bus, though.

The room was small, but had everything you could need and was clean. I could leave my luggage in the house after check-out, which I appreciated very much.
