Great location – very close to the train station and only about 15 minutes from the airport. We reached the Leaning Tower of Pisa in around 20 minutes on foot, so it’s a perfect base for exploring the city. By Italian standards, the apartment was really high quality – clean, modern, and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find snacks, fruit, and water waiting for us, even though they weren’t mentioned in the description. A small touch, but it made a big impression. Highly recommended!

Nothing really. The B&B is great once you are past the common areas which are tired.

Lift was a bit temperamental!

Brilliant location, a few minutes walk from Pisa Centrale train station and less than half an hour on foot to the Leaning Tower. Plenty of shops, restaurants nearby. Room was simply furnished but clean, warm and comfortable bed. Shared kitchen with breakfast items - juice, milk, water, fruit, croissants. Coffee machine. Good WiFi. Own bathroom with shower.

I didnt have any dislikes really, although the toilet seat seemed the wrong size for the toilet.

The location was excellant. Very close to the railway station, shops and cafe's again very close. Access to the town centre of Pisa was right there. I felt very secure at the accomodation and it was quiet in my room.

The main building that houses the room is not the most attractive but all the positives described especially the location and the value outweigh that.

Fantastic location! We walked from the airport in 20 mins and saved on taxis. Room is very well situated for all of the touristy areas of Pisa and 20 mins walk from the leaning tower. Also room is 2 mins from the train station. Trains to Florence and Lucca are regular an very cheap. Room itself is clean and comfortable with private bathroom and shared kitchen facilities. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Great value and has coffee and some snacks for you too!

Basically I liked everything: first of all, I’d like to recommend the location itself: it is literally 1 minute by foot from Pisa Centrale, so you do not need to spend extra money for taxi to get to your apartment (pisa airport shuttle arrives directly to Pisa Centrale station). The apartment is very clean and fresh, there is a common kitchen there where you can grab your coffee or some free snacks. There is an elevator as well so no problem with stairs. If I get back to Pisa, I would definitely stay there again.

The only thing about the area around the accommodation outside. Was, I felt a bit of werery about the number of gang like lads hanging around. I know any female won't feel safe. Other than that, I was more than happy to come to Pisa again Easy exit to trains and getting to the airport . Once I could figure out the trains system, it was easy to get to different locations heading south of Pisa to beeches, etc!

Self check in and literally in front of the train station I recommand this place. AC is working well, coffee. It is easy to communicate by whatsapp. Easy to get bus to Pisa tower and airport is 20mn walk.

I gave 9/10, so I'm gonna really nitpick here :) The facebook room could use more furniture - the only wardrobe had no shelves (just hangers), so there was not enough space to unpack my stuff, most things ended on a small table and a single chair. So some shelves, drawers, coat rack, or at least one more chair would help. There is enough free space for that :)

The building doesn't look inviting, but once inside, everything is nice, clean and modern. It's basically a large apartment - 4 separate bedrooms with private bathrooms, 1 shared corridor with reception (unmanned) and kitchen with all the amenities (fridge, kettle, microwave...). The host Roberto was helpful and always available via whatsapp. Location was perfect - close to airport, close to train station, shops and restaurants, fairly close to the city centre. Booking didn't mention breakfast, but there were small pastry/snacks/yogurts etc., restock daily, so that was taken care of as well. Nice! I had one or two pleasant chats with other guests in the shared kitchen area during brekfast, but apart from that, I didn't know anyone was there, all was quiet and private. Room windows look out to inner yard, to roofs and closed windows and AC units - not a nice view, but at least there's a lot of natural light if you want some. In summer you don't, since it only warms the room :D

Staying at the Guest House Web Room was an incredible experience for me. Thanks to the location in which the accommodation is located, I was able to visit many places. Not only that, you can easily reach the accommodation from the airport with a beautiful and simple walk within 20 minutes. The Leaning Tower is also located about 18 minutes away, you walk through the pedestrian zone, in which you can see several monuments. The train station is just across the street, from which you can easily get to Florence, Livorno, etc. A short distance from the accommodation is a bus station, from which you can go to the sea, a 20-minute journey to Marina or around 30 to Tirrenia. And especially thanks to Robert, who was always helpful. He recommended me several restaurants, places to see, where to find the bus stop, etc. The room was beautiful, clean, fragrant. The air conditioning worked perfectly. I will visit this accommodation repeatedly! I recommend 1000%
