Perfect location, was in a lovely period property. The host was very helpful and responsive and made sure to check in with us during our stay. The complimentary snacks and drinks were a welcome extra- Perfect hosts and would definitely stay here again if we ever came back to Naples.

We found the room comfortable for sleeping and resting in general except for the opening/closing of the main door to the apartment which was quite loud (we had the room right next to the apartment entrance). The room set-up is a bit crowded with little space around the bed, the intention was to work occasionally but both the table and the chair are very small, not fit (and also surely not intended) for working. Some occasional smell from the bathroom (dampness related I believe).

We booked the Deluxe room for a 7 nights. The owner was very kind and helpful. The room was very quiet during the night, a great perk considering the location - in the very middle of the loud and ever-animated Via dei Tribunali. There is also an elevator which is not to be taken for granted in Naples’ old town.

Napoli in winter tends to be cold and heating historical buildings când sometime be a challenge.

I have to say that breakfast was not much of a choice, everything in packages and not healthy. The room was good and the location was excellent. it was easy to navigate the city from here and was within walking distance to pizzeria da Michele, best pizza ive ever had.

Excellent location in the beating heart of Naples. Very clean, secure, quiet property. Had an elevator! Great shower. Comfortable bed. Housekeeping each day. Cafe right at the corner and many restaurants nearby on Via Tribunal.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was in a great location and the room was quiet despite being just off a bustling street. We really liked all the antiques on display and in the room, they added to the charm and uniqueness of this hotel. We felt the owner went above and beyond when it came to making us feel welcome and the arrangements prior to arrival were excellent. The hotel doesn’t provide breakfast, however there were some delicious snacks and coffee available for guests and these were very much appreciated. Thank you! 🥰 If we come back to Napoli we will definitely rebook Xenia Neapolis and will recommend to others visiting the city.

We were taken aback by the entryway of this somewhat worn looking, centuries old building. But do not be concerned. This newly renovated apartment, with excellent amenities, a fully and well-appointed bathroom, and a great location, was a wonderful find. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The common room had snacks, fruit and beverages, including great coffee, which we had access to all day. And it would be difficult to find a better location, next to the Duomo and a multitude of restaurants, bars and cultural sites. Finally, it was quiet and safe.

Perfect and atmospheric location on the main street in the historic centre of Naples. Caravaggio opposite and the cathedral at the back. Loved the sitting room with the balcony. Spacious, with really comfortable bed. Instructions for check in very clear. Despite not offering breakfast, the communal tea and coffee making area were much appreciated. Would look to come back.

Everything was great!

The bed was very comfy, we enjoyed the bathroom with the bathtub and the room was quiet and close to many restaurants. We had to check in ourselves but the communication was smooth.

Didn’t actually meet any staff. Would have preferred tea and coffee making facilities in the room as opposed to available in the communal area.

Lovely room with first class facilities and a very comfortable bed. Very welcoming and helpful communication from the guesthouse. Very central location providing an absolute immersion in Naples. Had a lovely visit and highly recommend.

No breakfast but they offered plenty of apples and snacks with self serve coffee and tea. There is also a stocked frig in the room with water and other beverages. The location is in the middle of the bustling historic section but it is so quiet when in the room. The location is walkable to many sites and restaurants. There is an elevator so no problem with stairs and luggage. The room is tastefully remodeled and decorated: beautiful bathroom, air conditioning, comfortable bed, nice amenities, soothing colors and very clean. It was a nice surprise and I would most definitely come back.

The smallest dislike ever... they could have provided more milk for tea drinkers. There was only a few little plastic UHT type pots supplied each day. That's only because I don't drink coffee so I go through a lot of tea :-)

The location is in a square with the most amazing church at the end - You MUST go inside. It is also on the main tourist stretch of road which is more like a one way cobbled street - the down side is mopeds/cars and noise through the early hours but the double glazing is very good in the accommodation. The communal area with a few breakfast snacks, kettle and coffee machine was a nice touch.

This property was amazing. Clean, central and fully equipped. I honestly don’t have anything bad to say about this unit. It was beautifully renovated and very comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and offered excellent recommendations of places to eat, see and things to do. I would stay here anytime and highly recommend it!

I’d have liked a bottle of water in the fridge every day, rather than just on arrival.

Amazing location and a beautiful place, very tastefully decorated. Plus there’s a Caravaggio almost on the doorstep! Breakfast is minimal, however the snacks are appreciated.

There is nothing to complain.

We were first time in Naples and before arriving we didn't even realize how good the location is. Remote reception worked very well and Stiliana answered every time instantly when we had something to ask. The room was nice and clean, with many options to adjust lights and air condition. Small breakfast was nice suprise, when we thought there would not be breakfast served.
