“The food was good however the the standard of the facility was poor, windows not working they had to use a piece of stick to wedge it, door lock was not working had to call to get it fix, space between door and door jam was so wide I could stay inside and see people passing outside also the corridors floor were dirty. The place was not smelling fresh, no fridge, kettle or microwave in the room which are basic amenities that comes with a room, had to rent it. That was rubbish I have never stayed at any facilities and had to pay to rent these items it is always apart of the package, it leaves a bad taste, remember your facility is bearing the name of hotel so please try and emulate the standard of that,it was too much money for too little.”
“It took more than one hour until someone answerd the phone. Just to tell us on a rude tone that they were fully booked and they had no reservation for us. Funnily lateron they formally canceled our 'non-existing' reservation at booking.com.”
We have more than 70 million property reviews, and they're all from real, verified guests.
How does it work?
1
It starts with a booking
It starts with a booking
The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
Followed by a trip
Followed by a trip
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
And finally, a review
And finally, a review
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.
