It would be great to have proper air conditioning. I also mentioned a small fridge in the room instead of having to put our drinks in the main fridge which is not convenient as in the heat we need to drink regularly. Some hanging space is needed and some small furniture near the bed instead of charging my phone on the floor.

I felt very secure, the gates are locked all the time and they have 2 friendly dogs on-site who bark when anyone approaches the property. There is a shop on the main road which can be accessed from the property through the back door which is excellent. Our host Jeremy was very friendly and accommodating. Anything you need just ask. The grounds are clean and well kept.

They coud. Have esuured vvbeforehhad that thh kitchen equipement was sufficient. We had to ask for items as cups, cutlery , pots etcetera.

Shared kitchen didn't have a bin and could have been cleaner, but we appreciate the hosts letting us use it. Water was out for 12+ hours and when we asked about it, the lady didn't get back to us. Would have been useful to shower before my long travel day. I understand that that happens sometimes, but an update would've been appreciated. Definitely book here, but maybe not the night before a long travel day.

The grounds were magical. The room was spacious and airy. The bed was super comfortable. I was shocked to find a TV in the room and that the hosts were kind enough to bring us a fridge. Convenience store in front of property super helpful.

Relaxing beach hut, in lovely tropical garden. Close to Value mac, Negril Soap factory, Negril Scuba dive, and small restaurants and bars. Staff were great and helpful. Easy to catch a taxi on the main route. Ricks Cafe is close by but we did not go there. Enjoyed cliff diving at nearby access.

Staff were great, very attentive to our needs. Upon arrival, Tatty came to meet me at the gate and aided with the luggage. She told us all we needed to know. The grounds were nice, garden Oasis type settings with a path leading to what look like a 2 storey Lodge. Entry to the room (6) had a large veranda with a table and two cosy looking wooden chairs. Inside, the room was large with 2 double beds and a good sized bathroom. It was bright, spacey and simply decorated but clean. We had a tv with good channels, a fan and storage space. The guesthouse had put all information you could possibly ask for, on the wall. It showed costs to and from airports and local attractions, including backpackers local prices, which taxi or buses to get and how much they cost etc. I found this to be very helpful. They also had a whole family run enterprise going on, with a well stocked and locally priced shop at the front of the guesthouse, as well as a jerk restaurant close by and Alfred's beach bar on the 7 mile Beach. Just a few minutes walk to the famous Ricks Cafe for views and food etc Definitely great value for money and fab if you want down to earth laid back living while in Negril. Will definitely be back when visiting Negril.

We Had assumed would be hot and cold water.. Cold showers each day and sometimes the water seem to run out. The room descriptions need correcting on website. We had booked 3 rooms I showed the description of wardrobe and 2 bathrooms on arrival to Nadia and she said none have 2 bathrooms. We didn't have a wardrobe either.. Description says each room had kitchen but one of our rooms did not. And the other 2 rooms shared a kitchen via an adjoining door . Someone forgot to do any dusting in the cabin . Floors clean but no dusting done in a while unfortunately.

Location was great . On main strip road. Near to restaurants from cheaper to expensive. Not everyone in my group was happy with their accommodation but for me it was a good price and pleasant surroundings. Nadia was the manager and very helpful . We asked for an iron and kettle to use in the rooms and she went out and got them ( New). sorry we never got to say goodbye in person. Hope you enjoy the ackee and green bananas we left for you. Dr moon ( groundsman) was a pleasure meeting you. It's a lovely place to stay but room A6 in particular needs some TLC and a better fitted door as the gap around hinges much more than daylight can get in through the space.🦟 🦟

We had difficulty finding the property as there is no signage outside. Having this in place would be useful for guests.

The location was perfect and right next-door to a supermarket. The property is surrounded by beautiful well maintained gardens with a tropical feel.. There were a couple of small issues, which were quickly resolved by the owners and Shamar, who were very professional and ensured we were comfortable. We will definitely return again when back in Negril.

Don't expect water pressure to be strong. Shower was more like a steam from water hose. But I understand water does go out in negril. You will see bugs on bottom floor rooms. It is in a tropical location. Mattresses are old but comfortable.

The location was great. Walk to rocks Cafe and eating spots. Short drive to seven mile beach. Gated parking. It is a very economical place to stay for the location. Think place to sleep rather than a place to hangout.
