The tiles in the hallways and the stairs were very sleepery and I saw a few people almost fall. There were tables with chairs in the hallway in front of our room and people were having a drink there. I found it weird that the tables were not on a terrasse away from the rooms.

Good location, nice bar, comfy room. We stayed only one night so didn't explore much. There are good restaurants that are walking distance but it felt a little far from the action and the crowd felt more upscale than other places we have been, friendly but less varied. The room was nice. The pool was small but well maintained. Like everywhere on 7 miles beach, beautiful sunsets. Located right on the beach too.

Cozy and quiet place right on the beach. Staff all good and good breakfast. Room was large and basic which was good for us. Not there to stay in the room. Guests were mostly repeat guests and friendly. We would go back.

Everything was wonderful. Friendly and professional staff. Dinner menu can use a little more choices. Beach was beautiful..resort location is right on the beach..resort entertainment was great with a great band.

Everyone saves chairs in the morning! Big groups taking up all the shade sometimes. The guards set them up at 6 am. So if you’re a couple and not an early bird no shade for you.

Love the gardens walk to the pool and beach. The pool is a decent size for swimming. Also the beach area is lovely and has shade trees.

Cold water all week sink got clogged beds were really hard and our safe broke was not worth almost 1700.00 no entertainment except the night it poured. No one took pictures of our room and we had 14 woman on girls trip was ok but not very special boring

That we could walk to places to near music and it was by the beach. Pool was nice and being on 1st floor food was good

Wifi was very spotty and inconsistent. Television channels/options were very bad. Breakfast service staff were good but it took a long time to get our meal and then get our bill. Breakfast would often take 45 mins to an hour all total!

Low water pressure. The odor of sewage on the beach prolly due to water pressure issues. May have been due to so many customers. The place was packed with tourists.

The lighting in our room was a little dim. The other couple we went with had a room with the ‘cool white’ LED bulbs in their lamps and that made all the difference/was so much brighter.

We love the location, the staff, the meals are fabulous, and this was our fifth time back so that should tell you everything you need to know.

Only complaint was a room service tray being left outside a room uncleared for 24 hours, but as soon as I raised this it was sorted.

Free continental breakfast was very good with wide variety of fruit and pastries. Restaurant overlooking the beach. Beautiful beach centrally located on seven-mile beach.

This was our fourth time to Coco La Palm. There is nothing negative to say - we always have a good time there.
