Unfriendly welcome. The second word I heard was “payment.” Although the room is only accessible via stairs, no help was offered with the luggage. That already felt like a bad start. I was assigned Room 3, where the hot water doesn’t work. This is a known issue, as a review from January 2025 already pointed it out. Clearly, no effort has been made to fix it, and there seems to be no intention to do so. I strongly recommend refusing Room 3. The self-service breakfast station, mentioned during check-in, turned out to be useless. It was located in the reception area, which was inaccessible—still closed at 9:30 in the morning. The same goes for the water dispenser, also placed there, which was not available in the afternoon or the following morning.

I didn’t like that they don’t accept cards. I had to go find an atm to withdraw cash to pay.

The property was central to the town of Port Antonio and was pretty quiet.

The website said they accepted credit cards, but they don't. We had to leave to find an ATM machine which was ok because the price was right. Hubert was lovely and patient. He waited for us. We were always able to communicate with him and he always returned our calls. Thank you.

It was close to town. The beds were comfortable. Nothing fancy, but we just needed rest and a shower after driving all day. It's perfectly fine.

Fridge, microvave, coffee maschine in the room, good WiFi, close to the town center, shopping mall and Knutsford Express. My arrival was at 8.30 pm.Thanks for waiting to do my check-in.

The signage/directions of how to find the location was not clear enough but we did find it in the end. Unfortunately, our TV did not connect to the WiFi so we could not watch it. Also, the shower flow was not strong enough at all to shower; so we ended up going to our son’s room instead.

I didn't like that we had to go out for meals we wish there was a small breakfast area. We were there for relaxation we didn't want to go anywhere we just needed to rest. And the room was big and spacious we love our room more work is needed but it was still awesome for us thanks for the warm welcome Mr Bowyer

Outdated appliances, place could be cleaner, especially cupboard where you store food. it was as though they were trying to make money in an unfinished home. Fixtures like pipe fittings were falling out.
