Booked a room with 2 beds, they tried to put us in a room with one bed. They put us in another building ,not as nice, with two beds when I complained. Problem was the air did not work well. They had to come in and fix a leak from air conditioner and my coffee pot did not work. They did change it.

The room we stayed need maintenance. Warp floor, warped coffee table, AC was not cold enough. The furniture in the rooms need a refresh.

We love the butler set ice! Michelle and Condley were great. We love the location and the view from our room 9005. Ocean Point is our favorite!

Upon arrival the phone didn’t work after reporting no one came ,the drapes didn’t close properly so the light wake you up early,The bed wasn’t comfortable and the biggest issue was the food too cold and lack taste .

We love the professionalism of the front desk team Tavia and Gabrielle,the room was very clean and spacious. The service in the buffet from Ms Georgia was excellent

It was a challenge to book restaurants on the app The staff did not seem happy for the most part (perhaps overwhelmed) The bathroom shower had moles and generally did not feel clean Consider changing the air freshener at the lobby( affects sinuses)

The night life was horrible. The sports bar closed at 1 am. The swim up pool bars closed at 10 as did the other bars on grounds. Its a vacation not a senior living residence. All the bars on the resort didn’t have same liquor at each bar you had to find the one with the liquor of your choice. They would run out and that was it for you. I also feel they newd to clean the rooms with pools. I was there and my pool didn’t get cleaned at all. It had stuff floating and the water had like a film by the walls.

The view was beautiful. Staff friendly, helpful and very nice. The housekeepers were excellent.

The resort need to be renovated. Some of the bedroom furniture have rotten spots on it water, which need to be replaced. Make certain when housekeeping clean room to leave clean wash clothes and bath towels if remove from room. Definitely don’t close the ADULT POOL on a Saturday. That is one of the more popular days for tourists! Which was a waste of money for a swim out room for that day!

I like my room attendant and my waitress at the Caribbean cuisine Kadian was excellent .

Location was great, by the hill at the grand lido, but the service was very poor all the staff would stand at the bar shouting in there own language , after serving no one came on check if you're ok . The server's aren't professional I didn't go back there.

Check in: our booking confirmation said 2 large beds , reception told us it depends on availability. We had to speak to 3 employees and finally got the last available room with 2 beds ,next to the pool bar. Where they played loud pool games and music during the day and at night you still hear the loud music from the Royalton main stage. That’s not really what you expect when the hotel is called hideaway. If you’re looking for a party hotel you are at the right place. If you’re looking for a hideaway to relax and enjoy high quality food ( 5 star hotel ) you might be disappointed.

Room is luxurious, I like the bracelet key. The Ocean Point Bistro is a beautiful location to enjoy the view over the ocean.
