The plumbing was so-so. The toilet flushed slowly and got clogged at one point. The tap in the bathroom would emit a whistling sound when others in the building would use their shower/tap/toilet. The location is decent in that you are next to a small beach and a restaurant (although I would recommend avoiding that place). Otherwise, it was a bit of a walk to get to any amenities (supermarket, convenience store, restaurants, etc.). That said, the hotel did have a fridge with drinks for sale in the reception area.

Andy (the owner? manager?, not sure) was a really nice man. Helpful, friendly and just a pleasure to interact with. The room was very clean. The AC was top notch, the beds were comfortable. The fridge was very useful. They even offered towels for beach (which is rare)! It was right next to the airport runways so you could see the planes flying in, which was quite cool. And despite being so close, they were not overly noisy. Further, there were no flights in the evening or night and they did not start overly early in the morning so they did not disrupt the peace and quiet of the night.

The closeness to the airport runway. But after the initial shock, you get over it quite quickly.

It was a central location. Staff overall was pleasant. Room was very clean. The property gives you an overall relaxing vibe even though it is nestled in a touristy location.

The location is great for someone who loves planes and the beach. The beach is literally across the street and close to the airport which is great for someone who is concerned about airport arrangements. The nightlife and restaurants are also walking distance.

The room was clean. However, they had just sprayed for mosquitoes so the room had a strong chemical smell, but it went away after a few hours. The music was loud outside but it didn't bother me to much as we only stayed one night in order to catch our flight the next day. You can hear the airplanes also as the airport is really close but it didn't bother me. It met our standards for a night. I would stay again. the staff was really nice.

I t was right near the airport landing strip. The loud noise of the planes landing was a surprise. However, the rooms are sound proof some what so the noise is significantly reduced once you are in your room.

I was alone the owners made me feel very welcome. Their daughter sarah is a beautiful young soul. She kept me company. You can here the planes but you get used to it and the view is fantastic. It’s very safe and the small beach opposite is perfect and you get to meet the locals.

I didn’t get the room I requested but they were accommodating. I never got the room change on Thursday but they were busy so I didn’t want to bother anyone. The bathroom could have been fixed better.

I love the location! This was my second time staying here because the family is so welcoming!

As mentioned the music from street can be noisy. Luckily planes only run during day and evening.

The ammount of noise from the planes is a bit unbearable for those sensitive to loud noise. You are so close to the landing and take off strip the entire property shakes with loud jet engines sounds and you can smell the jet fuel burning ect. If I had known just how close it is to the airport I probably wouldnt have stayed but it's a very clean property

There was no BREAKFAST or coffee unfortunately, but walking distance to hip strip. Next door is a bar and restaurant that has everything you need. Small local beach across the street. Literally next to landing strip of sangster airport

The bed was little hard for me.

Clean room with private bathroom. Nice wall mounted TV, to turn down the street noise & airport. The host is very friendly & accommodating.

the property was perfect. Right outside is a gate and on that side it was very loud all night

Some dirt on the bed, overall cleanness could be better in the room.
