Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesTrying to cross the street to the hip strip was a little terrifying sometimes. There's no stop sign on the busy corner, so we had to run for it sometimes. That said, taxis are also always available if walking isn't your jam.
The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. The bartender in particular made the best drinks! The ones we got at restaurants or bars didn't compare. Also the grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed hanging out by the pool or on our balconies. The food in the restaurant was great and we were close enough to the places we wanted to go like Doctors Cave beach that we walked most places. I'd for sure stay here again.

The day I left it took me more than 4 Hours to get access to the internet to be able to log out of my Netflix's and in general it was intermittent off and on for the whole time Superiour room did not look superiour to me and the visual journey to the superior room was deflating. Can't charge you electrical items without the light switch being on in the superior room (beside )Was Charing my phone for the whole day without getting any charge and then I found out the light switch needs to be on😮 Standard room looked better but had no fridge, coffee maker,iron board or standard perks you would expect as standard. Check In was not a good experience some staff very polite one was quite rude. Had to have the room sprayed out a few times

Everything was exceptional. Hot water and AC were a plus! The room was clean and comfortable. Two big pools and a bar were awesome. The food at the restaurant is reasonably priced. Beautiful scenery on the property to take amazing pictures. Not forgetting it is located in the best area of montego bay. The hip strip.

Loved the location! Close to the hip strip and Doctors Cave Beach and Starbucks. Also next to the free beach. Juliette kept our room stocked and cleaned and was polite and friendly the entire stay. Food at the restaurant was amazing as well.

United KingdomPoor facilities. Bad wifi connection, power outages and a really shabby old gym. My booking was for 3 people however, when I arrived there was a lot of discussions at reception. To our disapointment we were put into a 2 person room which was awkward and really claustrophobic, we then asked the following day to move into a 3 person room, so they told us to pack our things we can move in the morning which we did. They ended up putting us in the same 2 bed room except downstairs. The following day we asked again to move, packed our things for the second time and finally got a 3 bedroom room on the third day. We really would not have minded the mistakes but no one cared to apologise. I know Toby's is cheap but manners are free. I'd suggest you go to SeaGarden, two mins walk down the road, it's amazing, with great service.

United StatesThe t.v. barely worked our entire stay bcz it only operated off of WiFi due to them using a firestick for channels. The WiFi was in and out. The early morning music playing by the pool was quite rude for those of us who sleep in.
The price was good for the amount of days we stayed.
