I had a wonderful 5-night stay at this hotel. It was safe, comfortable, and very welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist whenever needed. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with excellent hot water facilities. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great start to the day. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay!

The only thing i did not like was the noise, even with the windows closed, there are still noise coming inside the room, not recommended for sensitive people who wake up with small noise

The area is inside the Grand Bazar so you can walk throughout the bazar, it is close to roman theater and Jordan museum

It was clean, well located and staff was so nice. During my stay I was in contact with Mohammed during my stay and he was so helpful. I also got support from the hotel for driver services to the turistical places. Although I was solo woman traveller who had safety concerns, hotels driver Omar makes everything so easy and all went really well. Next time I would definetly stay here again. Nothing, it was a perfect stopover in Amman because of the lovely hotel.

The hotel was very nice and clean, and the location was so central - very close to the asian market. there were also plenty of shops outside of the hotel so there was so much to see! The hotel staff was also very kind and helpful. There were two Mohammed staff at the hotel and both were very generous in attending to my queries. Such a lovely stay in Amman even if for a short period of time.

We’ve stayed at Amman Trail Hotel a couple of times, and each time has been great— rooms are comfortable, check-in and out is easy, friendly staff, fast WiFi. It’s about a ten minute walk to Hashem in the city center.

No sound proof so you can hear noises from the street (don’t forget to bring your ear plugs!). The tv was broken. A hand towel had some stain which was quite very disguesting.

If you want to see the heart of Amman this is the place to stay! Located in the downtown with the oldest mosque and church nearby, you can experience the hustle and bustles of Amman for a great value. Very friendly staff members. The bed was comfortable. Great wifi.

Nothing in specific as such. Only drawback is the space in bathroom (if you call it a 'drawback'!) which could be a little worry for healthy travelers. Sometimes you will feel that you cannot move freely inside the bathroom. For us, it was not a challenge as it was a studio room and a bit limitation in space is acceptable.

The property is very clean. This is a studio room what we had and all type of amenities were available in the room including TV, sofa set, two almirah, a small kitchen (without any gas oven/heater), freeze, geyser. The bathroom area may not be suitable for persons who is a bit healthy due to it's small size. But this is expected as the room is a studio one. Specially I would like to thank Mr. Mohammed (the Manager) for his warm hospitality. He is very time bound as we requested for a car to drive us to Jerash and Dead Sea and he arranged it for us. The driver also reached on time and looks very professional.

The hotel is downtown and please be prepared for hustle and bustle noise from outside.

The hotel manager, Mr Mohammed waived the half day fee, despite my flight landing 12 hours prior to official check in time at Amman Trail Hotel and Studios. The tours provided were very reasonable. He also upgraded me to a large room and offered a better price for my 5-night stay, as opposed to the original 2.5nights. It was during my tours to Wadi Rum and Petra that I met a professional and helpful driver to take me to these sites named Mr Omar. He was punctual and helpful. Both took great personal care to make me feel welcome as a female solo traveller and I would highly recommend their services.

The only small downside to my stay was the limited breakfast variety, as the menu stayed the same throughout the week. But honestly, it’s a minor issue considering the value I got for the room, which included breakfast! I simply got creative with my choices each morning to mix things up. Overall, the experience and location make this hotel a fantastic deal.

Absolutely worth every penny! I stayed here for a week as a solo traveler and couldn’t have felt safer or more at home. The hotel is clean, spacious, and has an incredibly friendly staff who go out of their way to help. Special shoutout to both Mohammed Junior and Senior 😘 – they were so kind and helpful in countless ways! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of AlBalad, the Old Town of Amman. It’s an easy walk to Rainbow Street and surrounded by charming local shops. One of my favorite parts of the day was grabbing a coffee from the hotel restaurant and sitting outside to watch the vibrant daily life unfold. If you’re looking to immerse yourself in the true culture of Amman, this is the place to be. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back!
