Beach, pool, room, friendliest staff ever!

The location is a little bit off the main road.

The staff were amazing and the food tasty. I had requested for early check_in which the hotel granted making my stay comfortable.

The shower did not have a shower curtain or a shelf to leave the gel/shampoo.

Unfortunately the presence of beach boys on the beach could be really annoying, this could make the guests somehow uncomfortable because far too pushy.

The property is clean and there are several facilities to enjoy 10 days’ stay. We really enjoyed the garden and the swimming pools plus the beach service, always impeccable. We opted for the full board: great value for money: simple cuisine, but healthy and well served. We recommend the FB and then occasionally to enjoy some external restaurants just for a change. The facilities like massages and excursions organization have been indeed appreciated. Management and staff very friendly. Top the gym on the terrace with Albert, a brilliant personal trainer we recommend!

🔥 everything was fine

The facility is superb! We enjoyed the sea view! Everything in the room was working❤️ The food was cool, but maybe the could try and incorporate several varieties for breakfast

It's a bit tired and ready for a bit of a refurbishment, but I knew that when I booked it and wasn't in the slightest disappointed

Outstanding outside space, excellent breakfast, amazing staff, great location on the beach, close to town, nice tie up with Watamu Safari's for excursions. The hotel staff are just simply brilliant as are the Watamu Safari's guys

The beach was dirty. The hotels and local communities should really look into cleaning their beaches. And, not to put anyone in the spotlight but, one of your staff needs to learn not to biased to skin colour. But overall, amazing place.

Location is key. Close proximity to many activities. Beachfront. Eateries. Sundowner joints. Clean pools. Clean surroundings and enough parking space. The ala carte pizza is very well done. Loved it.

1.No bathroom slippers were offered in the room. 2.The complementary water was only on the first night and it was not restocked. 3. The towels were poor quality. 4. The food left a lot to be desired 5. Unresponsive to guests, we informed the restaurant staff that we were Muslim and would require halal breakfast but they proceeded to add ham to our omelette. 6. Please avoid if you are Muslim. 7. Not wheelchair accessible.

Mold on the walls at check in. Constant power outage. Lack of food variety. Caters extremely hard to italian guest doesn’t show value to other guest

Hotel looked lovely from pictures but is aged, Rooms smelt of damp all the time. Food was most suited to Italian guests. Same meals for 4 days for the rest of us.run out of greens one night.
