The breakfast was great! I really recommend booking with breakfast. The staff is super friendly as well as the owner that's always around and worried about your needs. It's super close to the beach, and the pool inside the hotel is great. Food and drinks at the hotel are also great :)

The staff is very friendly and helpful (especially the cleaning lady), though I must say I get a bit annoyed/uncomfortable when the receptionists take my phone number from my contact information and text me privately. That's crossing a line, being too unprofessional and making me feel a bit uncomfortable.

It's a very clean and safe accommodation with great access to the beach and bay.

The property has lovely gardens and swimming pools. The accommodation is modern fresh and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and go to great lengths to make your stay enjoyable.

There is only one receptionist whose accent is disrespectful. However, he does not do this intentionally. The management needs to provide him with training, and then he will improve.

We enjoyed our trip and stay in Ascot. The staff were friendly, and we loved the restaurant, which mostly serves delicious Italian food. We also enjoyed a free massage and found the beach area to be amazing. Overall, it’s a very safe place, and the people in the area are very friendly.

The swimming pool area and the restaurant were great. I had a massage and loved it. The rooms are good. There is a great beach really close by with nice view and restaurants.

Unfortunately the wi-fi was not working, probably a problem affecting the whole area, with bad network coverage.

The residence is very nice, very well maintained and cleaned. The staff is very helpful and super kind. The room is spacious, clean and equipped with AC. The toilet is comfortable and hot water is always available. The swimming pool is clean and it was nice to spend some time chilling there. Very appreciated also the free massage offered at the arrival. The place is walking distance to the beach and to many restaurants close by. Boda boda and tuc tuc are always available just outside the main entrance.

There was no WIFI connection in the rooms. Ɓasics like drinking water, a kettle, etc were only available for sale. Also, the room didn't have a TV...

The facilities at the property are very well maintained, the rooms are spacious with a nice coastal aesthetic. The staff are extremely helpful. Good value for money.

tea and coffee maker not in the room, WLAN not working in the rooms, and there is no possibility to call reception.... sea view, yes...but also direct view on 2 graveyards.in the deluxe rooms....sunrise over the cemetery....an the Indian Ocean, of course. Water pressure was low...could not take shower in one of the two rooms, pipe problems... well, this can happen, but pls work on it Breakfast should be more continental...maybe offer a small variety of breakfasts so that guests can choose...Italian, French, English, Swahili with Mandazi, Mahamri...pancake, fresh juice Service friendly , nice breakfast area

lovely spot, although first impression on arrival was a bit shocking.... but once you enter this retreat you feel that this place is very special. Pool clean, big and well contained, staff very friendly and helpful, well-trained service staff... good a la carte food at affordable prices, dinner is served in your private gazebo...great idea... lush green garden

Very modern and comfortable hotel with fan and airco at a great location, few minutes walking from Watamu beach for a good price. Also very friendly and helpful staff. They partner with a beach bar so that you can use free sunbeds at the beach.
