The quality of cakes have rooms for improvement.

The catering service is very good. The food is delicious. The room is spacious and clean. The facilities are well maintained. The staff called Prudence is professional. She actively communicated with us to check the satisfaction about the experience in hotel. She did a very good job. We highly recommend our friends to come.

No iron in room and the only way to iron was to pay for it.

The monkeys, food was good, pool and the beach. Staff very friendly. We stayed in a suite and it was amazing, views of resort and ocean. Had monkeys in roof top near by and trees, could watch them playing.

My kids loved the meals and snacks provided.. I enjoyed having a wide range of meals to choose from as my toddlers are very picky eaters Hotel staff were nice and always ready to help. Very dilligent in cleaning, arranging and spraying the rooms with Insecticide before bedtime and also making sure the mosquito nets were well arranged Facilities were clean and in great shape Pools had constant lifeguards on duty

Unfortunately it was difficult to get enough water on my room (even with an "all inclusive" regimen). Basic things such as coffee and pastries out of breakfast time were hard to get.

The hotel staff is really supportive and helpful. Hotel is beautiful and the beach is mesmerising.

What a lovely hotel! Already at arrival you feel welcome. We got a sea view room and the facilities were just amazing. The staff was friendly - all of them! And we had a really good time!

We traveled to Mombasa for our kids winter break and Pride Inn was a great choice! Samantha from the kids club was so great with the kids, Cynthia at check in was so professional, the food was tasty, the pool activities were fun, and we had the best view of the Indian ocean from our room. Highly recommend this resort!

The rooms need a bit of upgrading, the chair covers need washing between guests and the paint is chipping off the toilets and washbasins. The gym is a bit small and more treadmills would be welcome.

The food was excellent, staff very welcoming ,helpful and friendly. Plenty on entertainment and themes on each day. There was no need to look elsewhere for activities.

We had an amazing stay, we had booked a suite for new years and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff is amazing and I give credit and thanks to Ephrahim, Hope, Peace, Michael, Vickline, Peace, the entertainment crew and everyone else that we crossed paths and I forgot their names. You left an amazing experience and memories with us. Get full board if you can, not only is the scenery breath taking but the food is a lot and most importantly fresh. The cocktails, juices and wine were all top notch. From the minute you walk into Pride Flamigo there's someone always tending to you; keeping in mind we didn't speak Swahili but felt so included and welcomed.
