There was some sort of VIP event on which meant that the amenities were restricted.

It was a lovely old building with character. It was very clean and the room was large and comfortable.

We loved the location, it had a great breakfast and the pool and recreation area was fantastic. If you like gyms the Classy had a wonderful gym area with good equipment.

Excellent hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Pool staff, young adults who were very professional and a credit to the hotel. Pool lovely with good sunbeds, great pool bar. Restaurant good food, sky bar view very amazing. Rooms big and clean. Had a full body oil massage which was very good. Good location.

The wifi in my room was intermittent which may be a hotel issue or a Battambang issue. Regardless, the staff did provide me with a booster that helped.

I booked a balcony room and it was quite large with a very modern bathroom. Location wise - it’s right across from the bridge that goes to the old town so it was very walkable. The hotel had the most well equipped gym I’ve ever seen in a hotel and the pool area was very relaxing with a lot of shaded areas available as well as pool side service. The buffet breakfast was very extensive and I appreciated the omelette and noodle soup station. The staff were lovely and always willing to assist.

In most cases, the staff are very helpful and happy to help. However, there was very little knowledge regarding tours as the manager was not there.

This is a nice hotel with a great pool and gym. The location is very close to markets and shops. The breakfast was very good with a range of options

The one thing that wasn’t as good was the bfast location. This could be hugely improved by serving the bfast poolside rather than in the separate room inside.

Very noisy with the festival outside for my whole 5 night stay, no sleep until very late and NYE no sleep and a very early start. Not the hotels fault, but people booking during that time should be given advance warning before booking. Very slow to get eggs at breakfast, one person at a time. Cook some of the most requested things ahead of time and keep warm. Eg omelette with the lot, eggs over easy. I wanted to book some tours, staff little to no English. Need one person with good English skills to do this. Wasn’t able to book via website - had to go through 3rd party - website inflexible, needs to be adaptable for non Cambodian citizen to use. Too many things- would not stay here again.

I was on the 7th floor and my room was very noisy especially at 5am when music from the temple would wake me up. Followed by the siren at 7am! .

The hotel is large and clean. The restaurant and upstairs bar are great. The pool is lovely. The staff are very helpful.

2/5 of our rooms had no hot water. No air conditioning in the gym so too hot for me to use. Noisy area around the hotel - bring ear plugs.
