All the staff was amazing, Sean and George go above and beyond in managing all the tours and trips you could ever ask for the sunset tour was one of my favourite trips to see Cambodian culture and people and the wake park trip is a wonderful way to spend a hot sunny day and being able to enjoy the nightlife with a guide makes your trip a more complete and comfortable visit the management team works hand in hand with the staff to be flexible to all the guests needs, wants, and desires creating events, party’s and tours all in all a wonderful place to stay at while exploring siem reap

We traveled with 4 of us . We really enjoyed staying there , and my boyfriend Sean also work there and it’s been amazing staying, party and the staffs are all amazing, we miss the place already, can’t wait to come back

First experience of a hostel and it’s put me off for life. The beds are what can only be described as metal lockers with a gym mat for a mattress. I’m sure prison beds provide a little more comfort than these. I booked for a week, not knowing how long I’d be in siem reap. I travelled to Vietnam on Tuesday, To be told that there was no refund policy on the extra days that had been paid. I’d personally avoid. There’s better places all around siem reap

As amazing as a hostel can get! Clean, comfortable, welcoming staff. Has a pool which is actually little warm so I was really happy with that! Would for sure recommend this hostel to anybody!

One of the beds in our room was broken, so the mattress didn’t lay flat, leaving for an uncomfortable sleep. The shower head was the large waterfall kind, but no water came out from the actual water holes, so it just kind of poured out the top of the head in one thick stream like a hose, and then didn’t drain properly. The music played at the bar starts early, like 9am, and goes until 11pm, and if your room is on the lower level it’s going to be blasting in the whole time… and the playlist RARELY changes. Also, the guy who works there who takes people out on tours, had a real weird vibe and kept looking at us like we’d annoyed him, it was super strange. It wasn’t very inviting.

The pool was nice and a fairly big draw card over all. The location was good, close to loads of good places to eat at drink. The staff in reception were helpful and friendly. Same with the bar tenders, especially the girl who works in the sky bar.

One staff was rude. After the upstairs bar closed, I took a beer, and later told the staff that I need to pay for it. She got really aggressive and called me a thief. Well, a thief doesn't take something and then offer to pay for it, so I thought she was out of line. I agree that I shouldn't have taken the beer, but she should have just told me 'Please don't do that again.' She didn't need to be rude about it.

Facilities were nice. Most staff was polite.

Staff let themselves into our private room to show guests around. I was unwell lying on the bed in underwear. When questioned on this they changed the story multiple times. Was made to feel unsafe leaving valuables in our room. Staff tried to deny I was in my underwear stating I had on a dress which was untrue. We decided to leave 2 days early after feeling unsafe for the night. Asked for a refund which they made difficult. The original story was the guests had a problem with their room so the staff let them into ours. Then changed the story to showing new guests to their room and got mixed up with ours. I find this hard to believe has they put a red string around your door handle to show the room is occupied. Music was blasting until 1:30am which we understand this is a party hostel, but when getting up for the sunrise at 4am this was frustrating so keep this in mind. Food was average. We ended up staying at reservoir hotel two doors up which was much better and got the room for half price.

Only 2 bathrooms on each floor which is too few for so many beds / rooms No curtain to separate the shower from the toilet so the toilet is always wet after shower. Needs better air ventilation to keep the bathroom / toilet dry The temperature was too hot in the room which made it hard to fall asleep and too few fans in the room for the wind to reach my bed…

Everything is great

Good location, big rooms, big beds with mirrors, lots of restrooms, good wifi on general. Pool looks clean, ping pong table 2 pool tables. Cleaning staff do the beds every second day. No so loud at night, I think because of low season. Staff always borrowed me a pen when I need it, obviously every time I gave the pen back.

The room was really nice, spacious and the beds had curtains which was nice for privacy. The activities the hostel organises were also fun - I definitely recommend the sunset tour with the volunteers, a great way to meet people and socialise.

The whole place is great. Biggest and best hostel in Siem Reap. They're expanding too. The staff make it, they're so friendly and helpful. The Sunset Tour made my stay in Siem Reap. Clean, friendly, helpful staff, can't recommend enough.
