Booking quad bike riding we had to wait nearly an hour because they didn’t communicate with the company properly - we could have gone to them and not had to wait - also didn’t specify what tour we wanted so just spent an hour driving around the island rather than seeing sights - not all their fault the quad bike company could have asked us what we wanted on the day but we thought it was all organised.

Nothing negative though you can tell it is new and they are still trying to find their rythm and I would suggest not to try to be too much and sometimes be more simple in the service/organization. I would recommend to share with the guests a menu of the activities available at the hotel if any (or have some if not yet) and in the island (along with a map) that would be very helpful and that was what missing.

The place is peaceful and beautiful (especially the bathrooms) - the staff is very kind and as we were here for NYE the dinner was exceptional and we had a glass of Prosecco offered by the beach for midnight. We really loved the hotel, the beach and the island. Thank you !

Bizarre bathroom, which was outside the main bedroom. It was outside, but under roof cover, however open to any mosquitoes and ants. The bed was built on a platform with glass doors down a step, which could have been a health and safety nightmare if tripped out of bed. I put a towel at the step to remind me that it was there as it definitely wasn't safety glass on the bedroom doors, which led to the "outside" bathroom. The generator did cut out a few times at night, which caused the aircon to stop, but understand that's island life. The resort is still under a lot of construction, but it didn't impact my stay, there was some works from about 8 am, though, which may have annoyed some.

Lovely location on the beach, good breakfast options, quiet and really suited to travellers who want a quiet stay. Didn't have any issues with sand flies, which I was worried about. Great tractor service from the ferry, which I'm glad I asked if they ran - I'd never have managed with my bags. Communication about my stay via WhatsApp was excellent.

Would’ve liked some outdoor furniture at the villa. Breakfast was poor. Drinks were overpriced. Underutilised basketball and volleyball court - would be better with a pool.

The hotel is only half finished and in dire need of landscaping. It feels very bare with no greenery/plants/flowers. Im hoping this is yet to come.There is no pool but for some reason a large basketball court - which is strange for a beach resort hotel! I The front desk staff and housekeeping need better training - there is a language barrier and a lack of understanding of what service is required at a good hotel. Our biggest issue was the housekeeping was very, very bad. They firstly leave doors open to the open air bathroom which results in ghecko’s, spiders, cicadas, ants and mosquitos into the room each day. We asked for this to be rectified, which the manager agreed. However, the housekeepers never actually cleaned the room above a general wipe of the surfaces! The floors were never vacuumed or mopped, the bathtub wasn’t once cleaned in 4 days!! This needs to improve! Mould on the sofa as well and doors don’t seal.

This hotel has such amazing potential. It’s located very close to the local beach restaurants, but just out of the way to be a quiet oasis. The breakfast is absolutely lovely - they altered dishes to make vegetarian for us. The vegetable curry at lunch/dinner was one of the best we have had in SE Asia! The restaurant staff are delightful. The bed is large and spacious and the bathroom is nicely designed.

At the restaurant there is a poor choice of breckfast and fruit. Room could be better cleant. Since the bathroom is a semi-open area, insects come into the room. You must close the bathroom door in order to avoid their invasion (we expected this).

Everything is modern, staff is friendly and nice, alwyas at our disposal. The quality and test of food is very good. Position is very quite.

We booked a deluxe sea view room at Island Center Point and it was stunning. Everything in the room was finished to a high standard: quality furniture, a comfortable bed and a beautiful outdoor bathroom with luxury toiletries. We were able to step straight from the terrace of our room onto the beach where there are lovely cabanas dotted around. The staff were all delightful, friendly and eager to help whenever they were needed. Island Center Point is towards the end of the bay closest to the jetty where the ferry drops you. It’s very quiet which suited us, we were able to dip in and out of the livelier bars further along the bay whenever we wanted and then return to the peace and comfort of our resort. It feels as though there is still work going on (not that we were in the least disturbed) and I imagine things will only improve as it becomes more established. Saracen bay is lovely, the sand is probably the best I’ve ever come across - it’s like talcum powder. On the two days we were there our side of the island was very breezy, which we were told is often the case in the dry season - this was actually very nice and kept the temperature down but for a change of scenery we also followed the signs and walked across the island to Lazy Beach where you could have been on a different island everything was so calm. There is a lovely bar and restaurant on Lazy Beach which I would also recommend. Breakfast is buffet style in the restaurant and caters to all tastes but a small criticism would be that staff were slow to replenish food that had run out. The restaurant is open all day and serves dinner in the evening but it was very quiet on both the nights we stayed - to me it lacked atmosphere at night and as such didn’t draw people in. There is plenty of opportunity in the future to make this more inviting and then I’m sure good trade would follow. All in all I would highly recommend.

Staff need training, it is a remote location so will not be as easy as in a town.

I think this accomodation will be greatly improved. It is an ideal location lacking the finer points & needs staff training at present. Look forward to a retun visit in the future.

The breakfast menu is good but the buffet (which is most of the time) is not really tasty. The coffee is not good. The spa session is quite pricy for an average massage. But overall an amazing trip.

The staff is really nice The food is expensive but really good (the romantic dinner was amazing). The room is really nice, cozy and the BATHROOM IS AMAZING.

We had booked a superior king room and it was quite basic, no chairs or table. Also no mirrors. We spoke to management and they offered us an upgrade to deluxe Seaview room.

The island is an oasis, very underdeveloped. Our Deluxe Seaview room was luxurious. We had a balcony overlooking the sea, an outdoor bathroom with bath and shower and the bed was very comfortable.

The staff speaks English but not always very good. The prices for food & drinks are double than on other spots on the island, but still very effordable for Western standards. The pick-up from the pier was a bit difficult because he was late, we thought nobody was coming. Also in going back we almost missed our last ferry to the mainland because we got picked up very late. Some parts of the hotel are not finished yet.

It’s a beautiful new hotel with a lot of potential but you see that they are still evolving. Very clean rooms and luxurious with beautiful materials The food is very nice and the staff is friendly. It’s was super easy going, not busy at all for now and you can chill by the beautiful beach. Everything is very clean and new.
