(1) The breakfast is standard, they only provide one long table for food inside and one egg and noodle station outside and small table for drinks (2) The finished wall of the bathroom is cement grey, i don't know it's unfinished or not. But the bathroom is clean and they provide soap, toothpaste, etc. in adequate amount.

(1) Love the bed, it's so soft (as our preference) and also clean. The room is also bright as the big windows. Awesome. (2) The check in process is fast. The staff also give brief explanation regarding the breakfast time, pool time and others (3) The rooftop view is awesome. But the pool is too small and surrounding by table from their resto.

Said we could check in at 1pm, arrived at 2.20pm and had to wait 40 minutes for the room to be ready.

On the Khmer New Year's starting day the rooftop pool was announced to be open until 2pm; however our kids weren't allowed to use it in the morning even.

The rooftop bar and swimming pool is awesome, the location with a direct view to the royal palace is really unbeatable. The staff - especially at the rooftop bar - was friendly and helpful.

I think putting a towel on a deckchair before going to bed is not nice ,it should be as you arrive take a bed 😴.

The whole operation is run with the guest in mind,the owner is so willing to help in any way he can . The hotel is spotless , spacious ,and as for the pool (amazing) the breakfast is top drawer, 👌.

Some minor plumbing issues that were quickly resolved.

Excellent place to stay in Phnom Penh. We loved the location and large room. The breakfast was good, especially the noodle soup. We stayed here twice and were happy to return.

Only one small lift so have to wait long time Staff not there to help for luggage. Breakfast very poor quality of food. Air cond in the room not cold enough. Swimming pool area very small. Rooftop restaurant not good.

Only having 1 key meant we had to get reception to open our door too many times as my husband and I weren't always out together! We could have done with another chair on the balcony. Language barrier was frustrating at times. Breakfast needed a better variety and often when busy, foods ran out and weren't replaced for people who wanted a later breakfast.

Le Botum was beyond our expectations. The location was fabulous, excellent views, close to many attractions and walking distance to street food and restaurants. The beds were so comfy and the linen was excellent quality. The pool bar and happy hour 2 for 1 deals were fabulous. Excellent value for money.

The prices are a little expensive for drinks and food but fit to this kind of hotel.

We liked the location, just next to the royal palace and 20 min. by walk to the night market. Nice building and the roof top with the pool with river view is just amazing !

Wifi signal was weak and I had trouble getting skype or certain business platforms to work.

Location is great, courteous and professional staff, pleasant, garden-like surroundings created by builders, comfy beds, and cool elevator music. I must like it since I keep returning.

Very central location, stunning 360° view from the rooftop swimming pool, kind personnel, large comfortable rooms. The breakfast selection is larger than I could read in the comments: orange juice, fresh fruits, bread, jam, butter, rice, chicken, sausage, baked beans, ham, eggs (fried, omelette etc...), asian noodles, salad, coffee, tea... I'm not sure what else you could really need. We stayed 3 nights then 1 night again later. Both time it was perfect.

Very good room, service and staff specially roof top pool is great view! also they have very good cafe beside pool, so we can have nice ice cold beer at rooftop with great city view! and food is very good too, Cambodian kampot fried rice is very good!
