Narah and her family went above and beyond in every way possible during our stay. We were greeted with a gorgeous welcome platter and tea when we arrived, in the evening when we returned after our day they prepared a beautiful dessert for us, before we left for our day trip gorgeous pastries were provided and beautiful cake on our return. The breakfast was exceptional with fresh fruit from their farm and locally sourced croissants. The best way to describe the bed was like a cloud and the room was immaculate. The pool was immaculate and a great asset for cooling down during our stay! We booked a day tour through the accomodation and our guide January was the absolute best. He taught us so much and took time to explain all of the small things as well as the big. His knowledge of the area and Cambodia really added to our tour. I cannot recommend Muni Residence and Spa enough, we were so upset to leave and we wish we had planned a longer stay! We will definitely be recommending to friends and family and hopefully we will return for a future visit!

Run by a lovely local family, who welcomed you like you were one of them. They could not do enough for you. Organised us transport and gave us delicious home made snacks. Lovely small pool as well.

Having been travelling for 5 months this is by far my favourite place I've stayed. The Muni family are so welcoming, helpful and friendly and really made my time there feel special. The hotel is also fantastic, clean with nice rooms and amenities. 10/10 does not do it justice!

Said food was available on an evening but it unfortunately wasn’t during our stay. However they’re are still amazing food options around the hotel so this wasn’t a big deal.

The staff were all so lovely and friendly. The complimentary snacks throughout the stay were a nice touch. We did the half day tour with Tuktuk driver Ry who was also amazing so would highly recommend that and doing it with him!!!

We stayed at the Muni Residence and Spa for one night. We were greeted by the loveliest people who kindly brought us fruit, cakes, juice and coffee as a welcome gift. Our room way stunning. It was easy to walk into the town centre and also to the local art gallery which had a wonderful cafe. It’s a real gem of a place. Thank you ☺️

The staff were incredibly hospitable and couldn’t have been more welcoming. They frequently offered us gifts and treats to make us feel welcome. The beds were amazingly comfy, the best nights sleep we had in Cambodia. Brilliant value for money, I would highly recommend staying at Muni Residence & Spa.

Room, comfy beds, refreshing pool, the best hosts. Very loving people, beautiful Cambodian family. We got a snack every morning for our trip, they have the best tour guy Pen Tours, north and south journeys recommended, we experienced both touristic attractions as well as local food and life. They sent a tuktuk for us to the bus station.

We had a great stay at Muni Residence. The family gave us a very warm welcome on arrival with fruits and dessert. They were very hospitable throughout our stay, giving us tips on what to do and where to eat and also organised our bus when leaving. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Battambang

Our stay here was perfect. The bed was the comfiest we’ve had so far after 2 months in Asia. Fresh fruit and snacks provided in the rooms, the best mango I’ve ever had! Very strong water pressure and hot water. The sisters who run the place are so lovely and very helpful, they arranged a Tuktuk driver for us to show us around Battambang. The best bit was they took a photo of us on our Tuktuk and then by the time we got back to our room that evening they had printed it out for us! Such a lovely gesture which we really appreciated. If we’re ever back in Battambang we would definitely stay here again!

Muni Residence staff asked me when I was arriving in Battambang and I was pleasantly surprised to have a tuk tuk driver waiting for me when I arrived on the bus from Siem Reap. Upon arrival at Muni Residence, I was given some lovely serves of home made cakes 🍰. I asked about the Phare Circus as I was hoping to attend on Wednesday. Staff looked up information and advised me the only show during my stay was on Monday, in about 1.5 hours time. They kindly organised January, the same tuk tuk driver who initially picked me up, to take me to Phare Circus. The breakfast was so delicious and generous. January took me out again the next day for a full day tour around Battambang and surrounds and was an excellent tour guide around the countryside, including the sombre Killing Caves. The staff were so kind and caring, from leaving a photo in my room they had taken of me in the tuk tuk, to gifting me a cute little locally made purse when I left ❤️. The pool is lovely to cool off and have a chat with other guests. Can thoroughly recommend Muni Residence.
