Staff were amazing. The night staff were extremely helpful assisting me to book a tuk tuk to airport at 4am. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful very clean.

the food was great and very good value for the price. all the furnishings and appliances were very expensive and well maintained. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. They have a pleasant outdoor garden where you can eat or have a drink. It has a wall water feature with a koi pond. A quiet upscale facility. My family recommends it highly.

There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke, but the room was spotlessly clean. There was music outside but it finished around 10pm and it was a Saturday following Chinese New Year. It wasn't a problem though and I'd definitely stay again

The hotel is in a local area surrounded by homes and small businesses which may not appeal to some but it gave it a local vibe which we liked.

The hotel is only a year old (as at Jan 2025) so it feels new and modern. The room was well appointed and very clean. The hotel was close to several local market stalls so you can try the local food and if not, the hotel has a restaurant with good food and drinks. Less than 3kms to the airport so only a short ride which is great for early departures. The staff were very friendly and spoke English, which made booking taxis and ordering food easy.

Area around hotel is run down but wasn't a problem as we were not venturing out. Dog barking outside all night, early morning noise from locals outside.

The neighbors dogs barking at random hours and vendors with pre-recorded advertising. Loud and repetitive but it’s the norms and out of the hotel’s control. Bring earplugs and you’ll be fine.

The location was pretty close to the airport. It was not walking distance but it was easy to get to by car. Tuk tuks were also available. Friendly staff. Affordable and clean. Amenities available. They also had a cafe and restaurant by the entrance. Water pressure was nice. Hot water was definitely working. Iced condensed milk coffee was amazing. I would definitely stay again.

The street is a bit noisy, especially in the early morning. We were on the third floor, but the windows don't seal out all the noise. The decor and carpeting in the common areas is a bit worn and dated, but the rooms were fine.

For a budget hotel stay near the airport, Nimith Hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, showers were hot with good water pressure, wifi was quick, and the staff were all very helpful. We were upgraded to a somewhat larger room, which was also appreciated! We were happy with the room service meals that we ordered also.

Hotel was close to the airport and a mall (K Mall), easy to tuktuk anywhere else. Room was clean and came with a free upgrade and daily housekeeping. Refreshing welcome drink served on arrival. Staff were very polite and helpful. Loved the food and drinks at the on-site restaurant. One of the best hotels at this price in Phnom Penh.

The bathroom ...water runs out of the bathroom to the entire floor , but it's a building issue

The hotel is tucked away from all the noise , great location, great customer service...the manager even went out of his way to book our bus tickets and to return my daughters phone charge, truly exceptional service and the fish amok was okay as well
