Everything! At the end of my first stay, I was asked what they could do to improve. 3 days later on my return, it was sorted. The staff is happy and friendly. AC at a reasonable temperature (not freezing cold nor too hot), small curtains at the sturdy bunk beds and for a bargain! Happy to stay here again!

Fantastic spot, friendly staff, happy to help with whatever questions you have. The dorm beds were very comfortable. We hired bicycles from them for two days without any issues. It’s a short walk to pub street without being too close to hear any music.

It was very quiet despite there being a big social area - such a shame as otherwise it could have been easy to make friends.

The receptionist was so sweet and greeted me with her little boy behind the counter who had the biggest personality! Room was perfectly fine, and clean shower. Good location in a more interesting part of the city and a good vibe.

Best price quality ration you can find in Siem Reap, walkable distance to main spots but far enough to be in a quiet zone.

Blanket was very small. It's hard to not have free drinking water and keep buying water.

People were really good. Location is good. You can use tye indoor pool anytime of the day ..no restrictions. They served welcome drink. They have ats in their property you can play with them. Restaurant at property serves good food. You can get filtered drinking water in exchange for little money. Overall it was an excellent stat.

No curtains on the top bunks

Staff generally helpful, but didn’t always understand English. Dorms were fine, though no curtains if you’re on the top bunk. Location was good, not far from Pub Street and town centre.

Lobby is open-air, so you tend to get hit by mosquitoes after dark (not in the rooms though). Prepare your own body wash and shampoo, doesn’t seem like they provide it. Location is a tiny bit further than the other hostels, but not too big of an inconvenience. Bed curtains were a little thin

Very welcoming staff, they were always willing to help! The lobby is very comfortable to hang out in, and the welcome drink was a very nice surprise :) They offer lots of extra services too, like laundry, group tours, bike rentals, bus tickets, restaurant/cafe downstairs… Overall very impressed, great value for money!

Sometimes the personnel can be tricky, I requested hangers for clothing and one of them told me they did not have any... Then another employee got some for me...

100% recommended, really nice place , in the center, cosy and big open space , the staff are great, they help you with everything you need , book tour or transport, you have a little coffee with food in the open space , dorm and private room . I had a great time ! Gonna come back for sure!

Very nice family run place. Friendly, accommodating and very good value. The lounge/café area is quite nice and the little pool is a good way to cool down on a hot day.

Having to leave and say goodbye 😥

You arrive as a customer and leave feeling like family❤. Family run hostel with every member of staff warm and attentive to your every need and stay experience. Big beds and rooms,good showers,ultra clean and comfortable with a positive,upbeat but relaxing ambience. Very good location, walking distance from pub street, supermarkets, street food and local Buddhists pagodas. I stayed for one month, wish i could of stayed longer(end of visa). I shall miss all the staff and owners, thankyou for a great stay, hopefully see you all again one day ❤🙏🏾

We had an exceptional experience at Noni Tree Hostel. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and the reception staff had great English. The room was spacious and well-presented, with the balcony being a nice touch. The hostel is in a great spot, only a short 5 minute walk from the main town area.

I stayed in a shared bedroom and there was this guy who is so annoying. He snores a lot like he didnt consider there are also some people who stay on that room. He should book his own solo room so that he cannot disturb other people. I didnt sleep well for 2 nights.

The place is amazing. Its clean and accessible to pub street and nearby temples. The staffs are nice especially Waneet and Nath. I enjoyed my stay and looking forward to visit again in Siem Reap and stay at this hostel.

There is nothing I did not like about this hostel.

This place is so good that I came back for a second stay, and extended it again! Not a party hostel, very relaxed atmosphere. The entire building is spotlessly clean, cleaned regularly by very attentive staff. The beds are comfortable, each equipped with a reading light and plug socket. The hostel is in a quiet area but only a short walk to great restaurants, even the night market and Pub Street are nearby. There is a cafe and small bar in the lobby of the hostel, well equipped and priced fairly. The true gem of this property is the staff. They are friendly without being overbearing, sweet, attentive, fun and super helpful. I felt truly cared for here, like part of the family. It would be a mistake to not book this property if you are in Siem Reap.
