Food wasn’t great, and you didnt always get what you asked for but id still say its the best value for money on the island and would stay again. A lot of mosquitoes got into the room because theres a hole for ventilation in bathroom and a gap under the front door

Location is great, rooms are basic but have everything youd need and are clean. Bathroom is good because there’s a separate section for the shower to stop the whole room getting wet. Plenty of seating and games etc in the restaurant area

Super nice location next to the beach. The staff there is just amazing 😍 They make you feel home. They organize tours and have different games there. The food is good and the cocktails more! You can walk to different beaches or to the lighthouse and the waterfall. Restaurant and shops are close by. Would definitely stay here again.

The restaurant wasn't that good and the staff seemed to forget part of order on every visit. There are other options very nearby. The fire show wasn't as good as another we've seen at another place, one day it even seemed to be cancelled last minute or we just didn't notice it starting. Some of the shared showers still lack racks to hang clothes.

English speaking staff at the hostel part. They helped us booking trips and the boat back to mainland and shared taxi for an onward journey. There was a girl there that was very helpful and a guy that seemed a bit more confused about some things. The location is nice right on the beach. There are many games in the restaurant. We slept in one of the further rooms and did not have issues with loud music as other reviews warned about.

On our final night, our room filled with mosquitoes and we all got disrupted and bitten throughout the night.

The staff were lovely, gave us lots of suggestions and helped us book activities and transport easily. The rooms were comfortable and the food at the restaurant was also good.

Nice hostel right at the beach. Big common area and a restaurant with a bar. The rooms are semi-clean with decent AC. The staff is nice and helpful.

No transport provided from pier to hostel which involved over a 1k walk along the beach with heavy bags. Room not overly clean but manageable. Beach loungers are wooden and not very comfortable to chill on. Food a bit overpriced but is similar across whole island.

Good vibes and atmosphere. Nice bar and pool table area. Beach is on the doorstep. Beer is cheap. Staff helpful organising trips and transport. Overall very good place for backpackers to stay

The private room has a good area. You can eat a good food at the restaurant or buy it in the mini market. Good music. Just in the first line of the beach.

a bit more expensive than the other onederz and there’s no way to get money out of an atm, only cash back from the mini mart with a 10% charge. can pay at the hostel by card though thankfully.

really good vibe, when it’s busy the atmosphere is great and there’s a wide variety of food and drink. staff are so lovely and helpful and the location is really pretty, right on the beach. only a 20 minute walk from lazy beach.

The dorms weren't cleaned every day like in the other Onederz hostels. There was a lot of sand in the rooms though. You also need earplugs for the night, because of the party at the beach.

The location is really good and you meet other people easily at the beach! I also loved the seats at the beach where you can just sit down, eat, drink and meet new people.

AC turn off after 8AM was abit inconvenient as it basically made it impossible to stay in bed last 9 as it go so hot. However not to much of an issue.

The AC in the dorm room was only on from 9pm to 8am so during the day you couldn't really stay in the room because it got so hot. The common bathrooms could have been cleaned a bit more often. The wifi didn't work very well in the bedrooms. The restaurant is really slow and they often forget what you have ordered. There are better options for food on the same beach.

The location is perfect, right on the beach. The beds are really comfortable. The facilities are great (pool tables, ping pong table, a lot of hammocks). The staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed in a dorm room for a couple of nights but we wanted to switch to a double room since my girlfriend got a flu and the staff made it really easy for us, which was nice.

Pretty certain i got bitten by bed bugs though, obviously can’t be certain about this but they definitely weren’t mosquito or sand fly bites.

On the beach, really comfy beds and staff always going round sweeping so not too sandy. Not the most social hostel but definitely is what you make of it
