The food service was so slow, waited over an hour for food and got the order wrong multiple times. Food was fine but the staff didn’t seem to understand.

Great value for money especially for a private room! Nice pool and social area.

The hostel is quite and clean. Nearby night market, and pub street, local market. The tour they offer in hostel are worth. I recommend the tour.

My stay was brilliant couldn’t fault it for the price and the facilities. it’s got pretty much everything you need and I stayed in a mix dorm. Bed was clean and toilet and hot water. Couldn’t ask for more and the staff were very nice and helpful. The tour I went on for Angkor Wat was brilliant and well worth the money. I was going to do a full day and glad I didn’t. morning tour was more than enough and the staff were polite. You have all the facilities you need nearby and great location.

We loved all.

It was an amazing place to stay. We arrived at the airport around 2 am after our flight was delayed 5,6 hours. Then, the driver was waiting for us to pick up. He was a very friendly tuktuk driver. All of staff from pub hostel were very friendly and helpful. We had a great time here. We definitely recommend here!!

Nothing, wouldn't change a thing.

Very friendly and helpful staff, always asking if there is anything they can do or improve on. Dee especially is lovely! If you need any advice on where to go or what to do she's very helpful. The dorm rooms and bathrooms are cleaned thoroughly everyday. They also offer to change sheets or towels or if there is anything else you would like cleaned. They leave the air conditioning on most of the day when the rooms are occupied unlike most hostels that turn it off for the whole day. Everything is clean, the pool is pristine. Plenty of seating area. The restaurant and bar is cheap, food is good and again the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I ended up extending my stay night after night and even trying out one of their private rooms too which was positively luxurious. The location is great too.

The bathrooms weren’t great. Some Hooks to hang towel/clothes to avoid getting wet from shower would be helpful!

Friendly, helpful staff and great tours offered! Walking distance from Pun street and a cute little shop beside it for renting pedal bikes if you’re not brave enough for the scooters :)

The staff were so amazing, friendly and super helpful in booking tours and anything that we needed. Room was huge and super clean plus the pool was lovely to cool down in after a long day in the heat. The location was perfect right near Pub Street and other restaurants and a close drive to Angkor Wat. We would definitely book again if we come back to Cambodia

the staff were all amazing! they were so helpful and friendly really made our stay the best. the room was fairly priced and was all you need. the pool was great to cool off in and the on-site restaurant is a bonus

I think they can offer more about the early breakfast service. If they do so I have more chance to support by using the service there.

Good staffs. They are kind and friendly, always be there when you need help. They offer good tour. I love the Angkor Wat tour with tour guide Sari, he is honest and enthusiastic.

This hostel was great value for money. Great location, the room was comfortable and clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We booked a tour to Angkor Wat through the hostel and the tour was also really good. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're coming to Siem Reap. Only a 6 minute walk to pub street. The bed was comfortable, and the air con was good.
