The owner and staff were very friendly and efficient. I’d stayed at 2 previous establishments before bumping into this one. I stayed here twice and will stay again if I’m back in the area

TV had very limited channels (and no English).

Fantastic location by river and community green space. Breakfast was simple but very tasty. Staff were very accommodating. Lift was available and toiletries provided. Very cute dogs in the lobby - Jessica and Nancy!! Simple room but met all my needs.

The rooms were dirty, there was hair in our beds, hair in our towels, there was someone else’s empty bottles around our beds when we arrived. Wifi didn’t work in our room. Parrot made a lot of noise and made it hard to sleep, woke us up during the night and in the morning. Had a window that didn’t close properly so mosquito’s kept coming in.

broken aircon meant we couldn’t check in until 9pm however we were given a discount accordingly. room carried noise from outside but in a reasonably quiet area so not significant.

owner very helpful and apologetic our room wasn’t ready due to broken air conditioning and gave us a discount. lovley breakfast from choices served with fruit. comfy beds and pillows. close to busses and lots os restaurants but quiet location.

I placed booking and got confirmed weeks earlier and in the morning of arrival, the hotel told me they had no available room. Luckily I found alternative. This hotel is unbelievably irresponsible.

Some strange insects, I guess ants. But harmless.

Location is great, almost everything is near. Banks, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, king’s palace. Super friendly staff. Always ready to help with any problem. Clean. Nice breakfast and cafe downstairs. Wifi is ok. Mattress is good.

Room was not clean, floor was not vacuumed recently and very dusty. Also lot ot mosquitoes in the room even if the window facing the corridor was closed, no idea where they kept coming from. In the night had "smoke" smell coming from I don't know where, and it wasn't cigarette smoke...

Honest review - I stayed at this property on my last night of a week's trip in Cambodia. I have to stay it was a bad end to an otherwise amazing trip. I would NOT rebook a room at this property. It started with the damaged lock of the door to the room (by a previous guest who was staying there, as per the host, who hadn't informed management so that it could be fixed), which meant that I - a solo female traveller - couldn't lock the door to my room! The maintenance team spent 30minutes trying to repair the lock, then threw their hands up and said "It can't be fixed". At this point, the property owner offered another room in an adjacent building...But it was on the 4th floor in a building WITHOUT a lift/elevator and next to a bar/restaurant which had loud music you could hear all the way down the ENTIRE street. After having spent 6hours on a bus getting to Phnom Penh from Siem Reap, I was looking forward to dinner & sleep, the latter of which would NOT have been possible in this second room. So the manager said they'd try to fix the lock in the original room, at which point I lugged my luggage back down from the 4th floor back to the first room, where the maintenance person made a flimsy temporary fix which made it possible to close the door from the inside of the room, but very difficult from the outside. Regardless, I managed to move in, shower, close the door to the room after a few attempts and make my way to dinner in the city. The key card ensures that the lights and AC in the room are switched off while one is away. When I returned from dinner, I walked in to find tiny cockroaches running around all over the floor of both the room and bathroom. It was completely and utterly disgusting! I spent 30minutes trying to get rid of as many of them as I could, moved my luggage off the floor & tried to sleep with the lights on worried they'd return. I WILL NOT be booking a room at this property again.

The property is centrally located to some great restaurants and rooftop bars and a hop-skip-and-jump from Sisowath Quay which is lovely to walk along during the evening hours.

The rooms are too tired and rather poorly appointed, even though meet all the basic standards. The staff is happy to help, if needed.

The location in the heart of the city with somewhat annoying tuktuk drivers all around the place but this has been part of the tourist scene for ages. Surprisingly good albeit simple breakfast, hope they keep up the good work.

Comfy bed and good sized room which was very clean. Breakfast options are good and coffee excellent. The Owner are very welcoming and helpful. Internet is fast, water in shower hot and toiletries are free. Location is in the middle of everything.

Can't say that i had any problems here at all.

Big room in a great location, right next to the river. Comfortable bed, good wifi, hot shower, aircon worked well,plenty of channels on the tv to watch, a decent breakfast and also a lift.Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I booked for 2 nights and ended up staying for 6. I would definitely stay here again as it's good value for money.
