Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

EstoniaEverything was excellent.
Everything was excellent. The service was amazing. The accommodation was clean and well-maintained. The interior design and decor were tasteful and pleasant. Additionally, the entire complex was very quiet. There were plenty of good options at breakfast. The location is within walking distance from the city center (Pub Street) yet pleasantly situated in a peaceful area away from the main hustle. The hotel made it easy for us to organize transportation to the Angkor temples and arrange an airport transfer. I confidently recommend this place to everyone. Since we traveled during the off-season, the hotel was rather empty, and we even received a room upgrade. Instead of the villa with a jacuzzi that we booked, we got a villa with a pool. A wonderful surprise that made our stay even more enjoyable.

United KingdomMosquitos..lots of them if you stayed by the pool, especially at night. Few might get to the room if you are not closing the door quick enough.
Loved the staff, they were polite, helpful and always had beautiful smiles on their face. Keep up!!

United KingdomIt’s not that close walking wise from the old market (but feasible) and you can take a tuk tuk (cheap - you can use Grab) or a scooter :)
This is a piece of heaven in Siam Reap. The garden is so beautiful and quiet, the bungalow is spacious and clean, the breakfast is great, and the staff is amazing and was so helpful and accommodating : we rented a scooter at the hotel and got it right away even if we arrived quite late, we went for the sunrise at Angkor Wat and they prepared us a breakfast box, and we had a night bus when we left and they offered us to take a shower before, thank you so much !

United StatesRestaurant is a little pricey for Camcodia. Was tasty though.
Beautiful resort with Cambodian look. Comfortable bungalows, quite spacious. Breakfast buffet right by the pool. Love all the flowers and plants, it feels like you're way in the countryside, but you're very close to everything.

United KingdomStaff were exceptional. They were so friendly and helpful. For them alone I'd recommend. The hotel is an oasis in a busy town. Felt so secluded and quiet but pretty much in the town. We had a pool in our villa which was perfect though they all looked nice. Our room's housekeeping was good. We ate a lunch and dinner which were good and very good value. Would recommend.

GermanyThe restaurant staff need additional language training as they do not understand english sufficient. Food enquiries and requests were not understood. To access the pool guest have to make their ways through the restaurant which may feel unfamiliar to some.
Stunning resort with huge pool which is open 24 h. Front desk team was always attentive and friendly. All secluded villas are authentical decorated and well maintained. Although all villas are bulit on piles in a floating garden, mosikos were not a factor during our 6days stay. Breakfast buffet ranges from western to eastern favorites including live cooking. We found the resort exactly as expected onto the pictures provided. Location close to Siem Reap City center in a calm neighborhood. Local transport is extremely affordable. Transfer to Angkor was a quick 20 minute ride.

You can clearly see from the pictures that this place is amazing, what you can't see is how amazing the staff are. I had lost my phone but the staff went above and beyond to help me out in my time of need. As much as i enjoyed Cambodia in general, it was the overall friendlyness of the people along with all the staff at Authentic Khemer village resort that will have the longest memories for me.

United StatesThe hotel was a "splurge" for us, but in the end we thought it was completely worth it.
Like most visitors to Siem Reap, we were headed to Angkor Wat, and our visited coincided with the new year, so we decided to make it someplace special. It was 100% worth it, not only for the suite we enjoyed after long, hot days of sightseeing, but also because the hotel recommended our guide, who was excellent. Although we used Grab in most cases, the hotel will also arrange transportation for you including to and from the airport if you wish, and they will settle on the price with the driver for you. The hotel will also arrange a takeout breakfast if you are visiting Angkor Wat for sunrise.

AustraliaAbsolutely everything about this place is amazing. You MUST book the private pool villa as the pool sizes are so generous and you really feel like nobody else is there. The size of the room is insane, so much space with a large bed, large couch, TV, private pool and even 3 pool chairs. The staff are so so friendly and make you feel so welcome. So close to so many activities and food options. The resort expresses the Cambodian atmosphere so well and there is so nature around it which we loved. My boyfriend and I want to come back so bad and the food at the restaurant is very good too. Will miss this place so much.

The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning and our room was very comfortable. We had a room with a private jacuzzi which was lovely and relaxing at the end of the day exploring siem reap. AustraliaThe location was a distance from the city centre so it felt a bit removed from the Siem Reap experience. Great for a traveller who is looking for that.
The individual bungalows are delightful. Very private with lots of room inside. The restaurant surrounded by the pool is beautiful, and the staff were very friendly & helpful.
