This is a very nice hotel, but the staff is what really stands out - everyone was so helpful and courteous! The room was lovely, with great working aircon, spacious bathroom and comfortable beds. Room included a locking safe, as well as bathrobe and slippers. Common areas were stylish, wifi worked everywhere and the pool was beautifully maintained. price i paid was also very reasonable for what i got. Took a day guided tour ( can book at the hotel ) to see the temples complex and it was amazing. Very nice and taugh us all the history of the temples and some curiosities about cambodja. Very good english. Highly recommended :)

Love the stay in this hotel was very pleased too.The entire staff went over and above to provide the best service throughout my entire stay. Rooms are great, cleanliness great. organizing things was quick and easy with everything you would like to do within siemreap. If I come to Siem Reap again this will be the place we come back to.

I had a very good stay at this hotel the staff was very nice. They were very nice and explain everything I needed to know about Angkor wat and around the hotel, room was clean and tidy, tuk tuk driver from the hotel was very nice and helpful. Pool was a great delight to come back to after sight seeing. Would recomend to anyone thinking of going to Siem Reap.

It was a very comfortable stay. The room was nice and the beds were clean. Staff was so friendly nothing was too much trouble for them to help you out. The pool is a welcome respite from the heat. Great place for a great price! We would definitely stay here again.

Pool was great to cool off in after being out. Lots of pool seats. Overall a great hotel and I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Siem Reap!

My wife and I, along with a few friends came to Siem Reap to tour the Angkor temples and we loved our stay. The Room is spacious and very comfortable. It's really quiet and we have had great nights' sleep. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the amenities were all very nice and the services they offered were all top notch. They also will arrange anything you need!!! Overall great place and would recommend it to anybody.

I stayed at this wonderful hotel on my first visit to Cambodia. They went out of their way to provide me with information regarding what to do and organised tours, a driver and helped me celebrate a my birthday. All staff realy helpful and friendly. Meals in restaurant very nice. Bar and pool area very relaxing. Rooms are always clean and bed linen the most important and the comfort most excellent. I will be back next year with my son to stay again.

We came here for the first part of our Cambodian holiday. The room is comfortable and the hotel was pleasant overall with my stay. Service was great - the team was very friendly and very helpful with our needs and very informative with information we needed - always trying to help out as much as possible. The Pool was nice and water temp was just right to unwind after a busy day out. Highly recommend

The hotel was great, the staff was very friendly. The room was pleasant we slept well, and the room is overall comfortable and clean. We could also take a shower in the afternoon on the day we checked out so that was helpful. Pool was nice and we love to cooldown after coming back from the tours, Hopefully we can come back to Siem Rep one day and stay in this hotel again!

We have enjoyed our stay here. Pool and spa are nice.The staff were very friendly and helpful with good hospitality skills and all speak English reasonably well. The rooms was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you'll need to use daily. The room service was quick and easy to arrange one when needed - everything was clean and organized could've not ask for more. Will come back for a second stay if possible in the future!

All the staff here are so nice, they are your good friends they can help in any question ,give you advice about the travel in Angkor Wat. The room is so big, nice and clean. Slight issue with my partner being sick and the staff was very helpful with getting meds and things for us, Any request is satisfied. We will miss them!!!

The staff was wonderful! the front desk team was very helpful, professional and kind so does all the other staff working within the facility. Helped us organize our day tour which went very smoothly. We had a magical time in Siem Reap. A wonderful and unexpected bonus was staying in Siem Reap. Rooms in the hotel are spacious. Big and very comfy bed,... clean bathroom with great shower head 🚿. Outdoor swimming pool of the hotel is very nice with sunbeds and places for you to sit and relax. Hotel serves very good breakfast but the best part of the hotel is the very friendly staff, they made our stay perfect, Would definitely recommend this place if you need a Great stay.

The stay was amazing ! we love the staff they consistently went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The property is clean and peaceful - a perfect oasis in Siem Reap! Rooms was nice and comfortable with all things you might need in the room with great size bed. The Pool was clean and its nice for us to relax and cooldown after coming back from trips arranged by the frontdesk staff and it was a fun experience for us. Overall we love to come back to siem reap one day in the future and we'll be back !

It was amazing. Hotel is a wonderful place to stay in Siem Reap. The staff from reception , cleaners , restaurant were all very polite and nice. Food was beautiful in the restaurant, especially the Fish Amok. No complaints! We’ll be back for sure.
