Absolutely everything was phenomenal! We stayed 4 nights at the Jungle and couldn't have been more pleased. The entire staff is wonderfully kind and helpful, always smiling, quick to greet us, and always making sure we were comfortable and well-cared for. The concierge desk was a great help to easily facilitate all our tour and travel needs. We were quite impressed with the in-house restaurant and restaurant staff. All of the breakfasts were tasty and beautifully presented, and my husband said the eggs Benedict were superb. The infinity pool was perfect. The quiet location and comfortable bed made for a good night’s sleep. All in all a wonderful place to stay in a wonderful place.

Beautiful quiet place in walking distance of the centre. Staff was helpful in arranging our visit to Angkor Wat and was very nice. Breakfast was great and they also served a nice free afternoon tea to our surprise!

Beautiful garden, large rooms, staff very helpful, quiet location but very close to restaurants and shopping. The restaurant is excellent and has free afternoon tea. Perfect stay wish we had spent longer in siem reap. Beds were extremely comfortable and good air con and fans. Plenty of day beds at pool.

WOW!!! This hotel provided the BEST accommodations and hospitality so far on our southeast Asia travel, and this is the third country visited. The property is immaculate and the pool is lovely, but the STAFF here is what sets this hotel apart from others. We ate breakfast here each day and thought it was excellent and a good value. On the morning where we had to leave early for sunrise at Angkor Wat, they suggested a take-away breakfast. We enjoyed afternoon tea and their happy hour specials. The lunch/dinner food here was excellent as well. Their cinnamon juice drink was so good that I had the girl explain to me how to make it when I return home. Finally, we booked a facial, acupuncture and tour directly through our hotel. All was handled beautifully! We enjoyed our driver so much (Mr. Sok Kha) that we requested him for our drive back to the airport. I truly hope to get back to the Jungle one day. Maybe a mother/daughter/sister trip! I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Siem Reap!

Nothing, amazing stay for our honeymoon!

A little tropical oasis in a busy city. Exactly as pictured, a beautiful and relaxing stay. We loved staying at the Jungle hotel, the staff are incredible and so attentive. Beautifully presented rooms and clean with amenities. We loved the extra touch for our honeymoon! By far our favourite space was the pool! It’s lovely to relax and get away from the busy streets. Always has fresh towels and plenty of sun beds. Location is great, far enough away that you can relax but a short walk to many wonderful restaurants. Pub street and nights markets are also close by. Would definitely stay again.

The hostel behind the hotel can be loud at night with music, so take ear plugs. Not the hotel's fault though.

What an amazing hotel, on the edge of town, with cafes and shops nearby. The manager and staff were so friendly and helpful, with a welcome cold face cloth and glass of water waiting for you after a hot days exploring. Transport can be arranged by the hotel to temples, circus etc. Great pool and food & drinks. Can't fault it.

A wonderful pearl in Siem Reap. This place is a haven of beauty and calmness. Extremely welcoming, warm and friendly staff. Very professional. Beautiful and lush garden with big pool and spacious and stylish rooms. This stay made me happy. Plus: My tuktuk driver Mr. Bee is a perfect guide to the temples. He knows about the temples, about the best routes, he speaks perfect English and he fulfilled all my detour and extra wishes. I had three perfect days at the temples thanks to him. Dear Jungle staff, I will come again!

The bed was very comfortable, the food was good at the restaurant, and the pool area was very pretty. I felt sick while I was there and the staff was very kind.

Almost nothing. You hear the nearby bars or other hotels sometimes, but Mr. Phat does everything he can to make sure that’s kept to a minimum.

You can’t get a better price-quality ratio. The hotel is so beautiful, especially the pool area, where Mr. Phat and his wonderful staff are happy to serve food and drinks. They turn an already amazing hotel into a home, we’ve never felt more welcome.

Nothing at all it’s hard to fault even if I’m being really critical.

Contrary to the hotel name the Jungle is an oasis of tranquility located perfectly in the town of Siem Reap and near its nighttime activities, yet a short walk away so you can escape any noise and relax. The staff were friendly, nice and attentive, tending to all needs including organising trips out to see the local attractions without any fuss. The pool was beautiful and calm, the restaurant food / drinks (inc breakfast) tasted wonderful and were good value for money so there was no need to eat anywhere else unless you wanted to do so. In summary we loved our stay and would definitely stay there again when we come back. After our experience it’s hard to look anywhere else if we visit Siem Reap.

I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The hotel staff was very helpful and went an extra mile helping to arrange different tours. I also enjoyed dinners in the hotel and it was very convenient to stay at the hotel in the evening after full days of travelling around. There was also complementary afternoon tea with snacks and foots available at 3pm during my stay.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Rooms are spacious and clean. Pool area is just lovely - gorgeous sun loungers. A tranquil oasis in the heart of the city. Great location for all restaurants and bars, sightseeing etc we will definitely stay here again
