We are overwhelmed by our stay at The Jungle at the old town. Situated a few minutes walk from the buzzing restaurants and shops, it's easy to come back for a reat at the hotel with the beautiful green garden and pool area. The rooms are beautifully arranged, spacious and very clean. The restaurant offers a wide rangem menu for breakfast and a good variety of foods. But most importantly, the hospitality and serve is absolutely the beat we gave ever encountered with a very attentive staff who easily helps you to book any guided tour. We highly recommend this play for a stay!

It’s a very minor thing but the shower pressure is weak and the showers are lukewarm at best - not that you need a hot shower in the heat!

The most amazing place to stay. We absolutely loved the staff, all such beautiful people who were so helpful and attentive. The hotel drivers Bun and Ang took us to four days of TukTuk tours and they were amazing. The hotel is gorgeous, and feels like a home away from home. Cosy, casual and feels comfortable and not pretentious, but with all of the luxurious comforts from home. The infinity pool is lovely, with fresh towels regularly replaced. The fresh drinks including watermelon and cinnamon juices are delicious, and the team even serve free afternoon tea. The Jungle rooms are cool and roomy, with soft bedding and comfortable beds. Would 100% stay again, thank you!

Truly, there is literally NOTHING not to like. This place is absolutely phenomenally beautiful and the sevice and staff cannot be beaten. Located in the bustling area of the Night Market, you will find yourself in a lush tropical property with a stunning pool, lotus flowers, and beautiful decorations everywhere. Even though you can walk everywhere, it is entirely quiet during the day and also the night. The staff goes out of their way to help you plan to see attractions, hire private drivers and guides and anything you need. The food in the restaurant was delicious and exactly prepared the way we like it. We ate every single meal here. We will definitely come back here and will recommend this property to our friends.

Really excellent stay! Great location, nice rooms and the staff was so so welcoming! They checked us in earlier, helped us with all our needs (transfer from the airport, tour to the temples etc), always made sure we were taken care of. Most welcoming and nice people I have ever met. They made sure that our stay in Siem Reap was perfect. The food at the restaurant was also really good! Thank you very much for an unforgettable visit.

As a senior very small issue should have taken a lower floor, 4 was a little hard on me, I coped well

If I could give more stars I would from the instant we walked into this place we were greeted by such friendly staff, from the manager to the cleaners just an amazing experience staying here. Special touches free afternoon tea and the offer of a free cold or hot drink on leaving, so well appreciated. No hesitation in recommending this place to anyone. Note if you want to do Anghor Watt get this hotel to book your transport and have a wonderful English speaking guide called Lundie we said if the guide was good on the first day we would book him for the second day and we did. I am a senior two days very tough book three days and have a break in between as walking 10000 to 12000 steps a day. Talk to the hotel they know so much helpful information to make your time less stressful. The Jungle family super amazing staff and Hotel. You more than deserve this review

The pool water was cold but was beautifully clean.

The staff were exceptional, always welcoming and friendly. The room was kept very clean with daily changes of linens. Tea, coffee and water were provided in the room each day. We booked our trips to the Angkor Wat and Ta Prohm temples from reception and were very happy with two day driver and guide, Lundi. Lundi spoke good English and was very informative and tailored the guided tour to our energy levels! The pool and surrounding gardens were beautiful and well maintained by the staff. A welcome drink and fruit on arrival and daily afternoon tea was provided free and a lovely touch. We travel a lot around the world and the staff were amongst the best we have ever encountered in a hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in wonderful Siem Reap.

The pool water was cold, would have been lovely to have been heated a little. They advertised a fitness suite but there isn't one at the hotel. We were directed to one a short walk away, not connected to the hotel.

The Jungle is a small oasis of paradise. We were greeted by friendly welcoming staff who who helpful and made us feel cared for. The environment is amazing, lush greenery and lovely restaurant and lobby. The room was superb, opened out to the pool. The shower was hot and the room was spotlessly clean. We will definitely highly recommend.

The location was great and about a 5 min walk from Pub Street and surrounding central areas. The pool was cool but a wonderful place to sit and relax after sightseeing. The rooms were big and the bed was the most comfortable; however the standout thing we liked the most were the staff. They were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help and make our stay as easy as possible. Even minor mishaps were quickly and efficiently dealt with by the young staff (part of an internship program) under the supervision of their manager, Mr Phat. We booked our tours and massages from the front desk.

Excellent service by the entire team of staff. They even let me come back and take a shower after already long day at the temples, despite after already checking out. Hotel is in a great location, within a short walking distance to the Night Market and the jungle/pool area makes you feel more secluded.
