Staff were very attentive! They let us leave our bags in a locker for a whole day after check out, while we were doing activities. The manager was checking if we needed anything by whatsapp even before we arrived and checked in on us every day if we needed anything. Nice property, better staff!

Only stayed one night but delightful hour spent by the pool, which is just about big enough to do lengths. Decent wifi. Nice room and lovely team. One suggestion would be an extra bin in the room (ie a non bathroom bin), and the teacups in the room were smaller than I would like normally. Also it would be nice to have somewhere to just have a drink rather than full on table cloths, cutlery etc. But I still enjoyed a beer whilst doing some admin in the evening.

Loved my stay at The Jungle so much. The property is beautiful with a lovely pool that is perfect for relaxing by and cooling off after a day at the temples. Mr Phat and all his staff are so friendly and accommodating, and immediately help you, if needed. I booked the temple tours through the hotel and everything was super efficient, from the TukTuk driver who gave me water and a cold towel after every temple, to my incredible guide Sot Ra (Sara) who taught me so much about the history. The hotel is also a short walk to the center of Siem Reap but away from all the noise! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this hotel, it’s a gem in Siem reap, right by the city center but far from the noise with comfortable rooms and a pool. The staff is very welcoming. If you come to Siem reap, this is definitely a great place to stay!

Nothing. The Hotel was Brilliant

Great communication from the hotel prior to my arrival. Organised a pick up from the airport and also a tour of angkor wat. The taxi driver was very knowledgeable and spoke fantastic English. The hotel itself was fantastic and great value for money. The pool was fantastic and the staff were friendly. It is also in a great location.

Bathroom and sink area in the room could have been nicer. Sealed/better fitted doors in the room could have helped stopped small bugs entering.

Pool area and loungers great. Lots of towels available. Staff lovely and helpful. Within walking distance of wherever we wanted to go whilst still being quiet enough to relax.

The jungle hotel’s staff is very attentive and genuinely kind. The room was beautiful with attention to details. After a day of exploring temples, it was nice to come back and swim in the beautiful infinity pool. We highly recommend this place.

The only minus is that the shower in room wasn't very effective..after about a minute .water just dribbled out

We had a wonderful stay at The Jungle. The hotel is beautiful especially the pool. The location is close to everything yet still quiet enough to be relaxing. The staff was very helpful and kind. They helped us find a Tuk Tuk driver Mr Thy 😃. We did a lot of sightseeing and temples but we also had time to enjoy drinks and snacks by the pool Would definitely recommend.

Some noise on the weekend from a bar but not too loud and easily drowned out by a fan.

Great staff, clean new facilities, and arranged tours / guides with ease. Pool is great and close enough to other bars/restaurants if you want to explore the town.

Relaxing place with extremely kind staff. Quiet part of town but with close distance to the center. Complementary A afternoon tea with small snacks was very nice. We stayed for 7 nights and had a good time.

There was nothing not to like.

Everything. Staff, cleanliness and service perfect. Checked in at 10am, complimentary coffee prior to leaving and a free Tuk Tuk to the coach station. The pool area and rooms were perfect.The only thing that was not 100% was the internet for a whole day business meeting with the UK but it was adequate and would be fabulous for normal use.

Only downside was there was no full length mirror in our room and the lighting was a bit dark around the vanity mirror in the bedroom.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. The restaurant food was very nice and the pool area was great. It’s in a good location, short walking distance to main streets with bars and restaurants and the river. The beds were very comfortable and the AC was good. Would certainly stay here again.

The room was really nice and clean. The position is perfect as you can easily walk to the city centre and the majority of restaurants. The staff is just AMAZING, everyone is so nice and have helped us organise all our activities. We loved our time at The Jungle and if we are even going to visit Siem Reap again we will definitely stay here. Ps. Extra mention of the Hotel's efforts to be environmentally friendly with refillable bottles and other things.
