What a great place - friendly people, large rooms, an amazing pool - could have stayed here forever!

If I just must sayin' something: water of the pool should be cooler but I know it's a useless cons 😂😂😂

The Jungle hotel is sited in a little road 5mins walking distance from the centre of the town and, as European, we love to move by foot and this hotel is in a very good position: not too far from the movida, but no noise during the night. The price is low for the quality they provide, including the staff, especially for Phat (Sophatsok) he has been in change to organize us sites tour and pick ups, really lovely. A big swimming pool waiting for you when you come back from Angkor ruins very hot. Different kind of breakfasts for everyone (banana pancakes best).

Weird to say but sometimes the attention from the staff was a bit much for us, asking if we were ok several times a day. But it's really not an issue per se, and we appreciated the care!

The hotel is really well located, close to the active city center yet still in a calm street. The staff is really helpful, they organized our visit to Angkor for us: the driver (Mr Chea) was the nicest and the guide (Mr Sophon) had so much knowledge to share, about the temples and Cambodia's history in general! It was truly a pleasure to visit all the temples with them on several days.

Great location, 5 min walk to the main pub street where everything happens but very calm and quiet, every nights we had natural sound of nature nurturing our sleep. We were greeted by Phat, the manager, who is funny and friendly, with his smile showed us around the colorful and well designed location. If you have any requests he will climb mountains to make you happy Our room was spacious clean and never hot or warm, thanks to well insulated walls and ceilings. Flower garden and swimming pool impeccable! The perfect spot for a sunbathing Highly recommended

the piping system may need some work

Quiet place yet in a location within walking distance to resturants, river and more. The staff was amazing and the management, especially Mr. Pat - were phenomenal! any request was immediately handled. I booked through them tour guide and transportation to the temples and every detail (as brining along wet cold towels) to in depth explanations - all were top notch. The pool is fantastic and the food just right. I highly recommend.

Comfortable soft beds with many pillows. Quiet and chill atmosphere and super friendly staff. Food and coffee was good too. Straight walk to the centre of town with restaurants, atms and shops along the way.

Awesome place to stay! Beautiful pool which we enjoyed morning and after busy day exploring! Lovely big room we had pool access room which was A1. Very handy to everything! Don’t hesitate book the best! Awesome price and only 1 month old when we stayed. Staff wonderful!

Everything was exceptional! The stuff is all so kind, paying attention to details and treating me as a queen. I am traveling a lot and have been to many places, but here, the stuff and environment really made me feel special. They offer welcome drink, the food they serve is really good and whatever you need help with they are here to help. I will definitely come back here

Amazing stay at The Jungle- booked for 3 nights, but liked it so much I stayed an extra night. Great location lots of restaurants and other useful places in this quiet neighbourhood, which is 10 mins walk from Pub Street. Big shout out to Mr Phat (who was just so welcoming and accommodating with nothing too much trouble) and Mr Sokha (who is one of the hotels retained drivers and took to me on the Angkor Wat tour and drove me to the airport) who were just amazing. Wonderful restaurant and pool area. But it’s the staff who are the big strength of The Jungle.

Can hear some music from nearby but did not bother and rooms still felt quiet and peaceful.

Very friendly and helpful staff, who were all incredibly welcoming. Very good restaurant attached (for breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks etc). Nice and new facilities and beautiful pool. Very close to town (pub street, night market) but down the road so quiet. 2 minute walk from the other hotel, The Urban, where massages are offered. Rooms had fresh tea, a kettle and tea pot and mugs which was amazing. Also there was free afternoon tea (and cookies) offered as well as complimentary tree planting sessions which was very cute. Definitely recommend !

Incredible place and staff! Everyone is so lovely and welcoming! You will fall asleep hearing the beautiful symphony of the crickets, frogs and cicadas - a haven in the city! The cinnamon juice is the best - you should sell it by the bottle as I couldn’t have enough of it :) <3

Small thing, would have liked a TV to catch up on Olympic highlights

My husband & Loved our stay at The Jungle from the moment we arrived. Such a warm welcome from all the staff especially Mr Phat. So helpful & informative, nothing was too much trouble for him & his team. He helped us efficiently book our tuk tuk & English speaking guide for our Temple tour. Always smiling & go out of there way to help. Room was great, spacious & clean. Bed & pillows was really comfortable. Pool area was lovely with a pool & sunbeds which we used to relax after a hot, tiring day around Ankor Wat & town. Great location, few minutes walk to night market & 5 minutes maximum to Pub Street & lots of cafes & restaurants. Would definitely recommend for other travellers & would return.

A little more storage space for clothing etc would be helpful. Perhaps individual bedside reading lights would also have been effective for those who like to read in bed.

This is a new hotel, and the set-up and staff are excellent. Each room has its own outside seating space. It is an easy walk to the centre, and any arrangements are made easily by the lovely and welcoming staff. Value was very good for this type of room. The bed mattress, in particular, was incredibly soft and comfortable.

This place is great. A really nice pool, a cozy restaurant/bar and the staff is super nice and helpful. It's also really central in Siem Reap. Probably the best value stay we did in Siem Reap :-)

It was a fantastic stay in this hotel. The rooms are spacious, very confortable and beautifully designed. All the crew is adorable. The location is just perfect, very calm but at a walking distance from the heart of the town. Beautiful garden, with a pleasant swimming pool. We will Côme back for sure.
