The staff was extremely friendly and kind. The room was big and very comfortable and the bathroom as well. The breakfast a la carte was really good and it avoided food waste. In the same way I appreciated the take away breakfast basket that they provided us for an early morning tour that didn’t have any plastic.

Everything about this hotel is exquisite! It is the perfect base in Siem Reap if you are only visiting for a couple of days (but we would encourage that you extend your time here to truly get the full experience). Most importantly - the staff here are what makes this hotel one of the best we have ever stayed in. All of their attentions and intentions certainly did not go unnoticed. Need a suggestion for dinner? They’ve got the best places. Hot after walking around the city? They’ll greet you each time with a cold towel & chilled iced tea. Concerned about the mosquitos at night? They’ll spray you from head to toe with mosquito spray before you step foot outside of the hotel. Need an airport transfer in style or just like cool cars? They have a selection of incredible vintage Rolls Royce & Mercedes that you can book to take a spin in. Tired after a full day visiting Angkor Wat? Book yourself in for a Traditional Khmer Massage in the beautiful spa for some rest & relaxation. From remembering our room number from day one, to personally greeting us at breakfast each morning, this staff is truly spectacular. We will 100% be back!

We liked absolutely everything. But it’s the people/staff that make this property everything you would ever want on a holiday. It was SO good, after we checked out and arrived at our new hotel, which was also high end, we took 2hrs to decide we didn’t want to be there and we were back at Viroth’s within 3hrs and were again welcomed with open arms. Spoiled and taken care of by every staff member, always polite, happy & ready to do anything. There is a real sense of family when talking to the staff & getting to know them a little. We specially want to thank Bross & Saigon, the duty managers for making sure we were taken care of every minute of our 11-night stay. We also say thank you to Mr Saay, the General Manager, for making a very quick decision on having us back and arranging all the logistics in less then 2hrs. We have stayed in some high end hotels around the world, but Viroth’s is truely & genuinely something special.

Honestly, nothing.

We loved our stay at Viroth's! The staff is, without question, the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered. From warm welcomes and smiles, to knowing our coffee preference each day, to preparing us with bug spray before venturing out, to conversations and laughs - they were such a highlight! Our room was modern and cozy with beautiful balcony views. Breakfast was delicious and the pool was wonderful. We could have easily stayed there longer!

It was a short stay but very pleasurable! From the welcome to the ladies at Reception (sorry I forgot their names), the Spa team, beautiful gardens and facilities. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean, organized and well trained the team was. They took very good care of us even for such a quick visit and the food was yummy. They were even able to provide an extra room last minute without a long waiting time. I wish we had more time to spend by the pool and just relax. They even packed breakfast for us for an early morning trip to Angkor Wat which was perfect. Highly recommended!

Well laid out and allowed for a sense of privacy as the guest. The bottom line is that the staff were absolutely the most accommodating and sincerely concerned for quality of my stay. Whether it was helping with options for activities, organizing transportation,menus for vegans or even the housekeeping staff being focused on my satisfaction of the cleanliness of the room I left feeling that everyone of the staff was committed personally to making sure every aspect of my stay was perfect!

Great hotel overall, the staff were amazing, they obviously enjoy working there. They all knew our names and the kids names, service always with a smile and always made us feel very welcome. Great to see that the hotel makes an effort to reduce the use of plastics and disposables. Breakfast was amazing, great selection of food. Dinner was equally great food. Love the decor, everything is a piece of art! The furniture is locally made and it’s beautiful. Pool was fantastic!

We tried to think about something to put here - but we have nothing! Our stay was nothing short of incredible.

Wow - we don’t have enough words to describe how wonderful and special our stay at Viroth’s hotel was. We were truly made to feel like VIP’s and royalty at every stage of our stay. The staff can not do enough to help and go above and beyond in every aspect. Everytime you leave or arrive at Viroth’s you are met with a smile and genuine kindness; always with interest as to what you have been up to and how they can help. The cool towels, the mosquito spray, everything is just so thought out for guests. The hotel is impeccably clean and tidy and so tastefully decorated, it feels you are staying somewhere from a movie. The breakfast was also incredible and our favourite so far. We have stayed all across Asia and stayed in countless hotels and resorts and this is by far our favourite. No where else have we ever received the VIP service we have experienced here. We will stay again and again at Viroth’s when we return to Cambodia, and will recommend all of our family and friends do the same. It is also so centrally located in the best location, only a short 5 minute walk to pub street and all the restaurants and shopping. Our stay at Viroths hotel in Siem Reap was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The standard of service was truly unparalleled, with every need anticipated and taken care of promptly. The breakfast was perfect, providing us with a delicious start to our day of exploring the city. The afternoon was spent lazily lounging by the gorgeous pool, sipping on expertly crafted cocktails. Evenings were filled with exploring the nearby eateries, with the staff providing great recommendations that helped us avoid the touristy Pub street. Our room was immaculately arranged and provided a sanctuary to relax in after a long day of exploring. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the hotel, from the decor to the amenities provided. One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtful gestures such as being sprayed with bug spray before leaving the hotel and being greeted with refreshing iced tea and cold towels upon our return. These small touches truly made us feel pampered and well taken care of. My only regret is not staying longer at Viroths hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Siem Reap. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our trip truly memorable.
